The food was both cold and over cooked. Our waitress left for like 45 minutes and when she returned she appeared to be high. The manger came over and was also rude. The only employee that imprved my experience was the host Nathan. He was kind and made every effort to improve our experience. This was an awful experience except for Nathan.

Unfortunately this was the worst restaurant experience we have had in Moore County since moving here. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty and lots of staff working, the staff didn’t seem interested in seating us, taking our order, or waiting on us. We think our waitress took 2 smoke breaks during our meal. No other server would make eye contact with us when we just needed to ask for silverware and condiments they previously forgot to bring us. Bummer! We will not be back.

Shirley Temple was a great waitress, she was very welcoming with a pleasant smile and attitude . She was also able to provide a lot of information pertaining the menu and was very informative .

I have had a love/hate relationship with BWW for about 4 years. Things I hate: the service is inattentive and very slow as is the kitchen and 50% of the time they get things wrong. Also, at the Southern Pines location, you practically sit in the dark and the saltshakers are completely damp, so nothing comes out. What I love is the Southern Chicken sandwich on Friday's. It's only $12 and you get a large chicken breast, fries and drink. The chicken was randomly shaped and between 1/2 to 1" thick with an awesome batter. I go every Friday. NOW: the piece of chicken has been replaced by a pre-formed patty and about 1/4" thick like something you'd find in the frozen section of a supermarket. There is no chicken taste, only breading. There was only 1 reason for me to go and now that's gone. BYE BYE

My family commonly gets takeout from this location, as it is the only B Dubs around. I’m definitely looking into alternatives already, as this restaurant has struck out after management (D) treated my wife poorly over a system error, as if it was her fault. If you cannot correctly process online orders, I’m not sure how you are managing to survive as a business in this day and age. This is also after they failed handling our orders multiple times in the past. The only good part of the service I can tell is the folks at the front are usually polite and helpful, just not the management. Success (and in this case, failure) starts at the top.
I’m not really sure what’s happened to B Dubs as a whole, but when I lived in Alabama it was great environment and the service was phenomenal. Going during game days was as fun as it got. Currently, it appears that the bar has been set extremely & phenomenally low, at least for the ones in this region, which is a shame, because they’re the ones we’re stuck with. The service is bad, the manager (D) is rude, the food is good. Nothing much more to say. Hopefully they get it turned around or they won’t be on US 1 for much longer!
Got 15 wings and was more like chicken jerky. Got onion rings and they were almist as tough as the wings. But our server was good at least.

Rolled in with the wife and baby after a frustrating dealership experience in town. Despite being an hour to closing, we were seated and treated well. The food was great and Stacy's service was top notch!
We'll definitely be back if we're ever in town again!
