My family commonly gets takeout from this location, as it is the only B Dubs around. I’m definitely looking into alternatives already, as this restaurant has struck out after management (D) treated my wife poorly over a system error, as if it was her fault. If you cannot correctly process online orders, I’m not sure how you are managing to survive as a business in this day and age. This is also after they failed handling our orders multiple times in the past. The only good part of the service I can tell is the folks at the front are usually polite and helpful, just not the management. Success (and in this case, failure) starts at the top.
I’m not really sure what’s happened to B Dubs as a whole, but when I lived in Alabama it was great environment and the service was phenomenal. Going during game days was as fun as it got. Currently, it appears that the bar has been set extremely & phenomenally low, at least for the ones in this region, which is a shame, because they’re the ones we’re stuck with. The service is bad, the manager (D) is rude, the food is good. Nothing much more to say. Hopefully they get it turned around or they won’t be on US 1 for much longer!

Got 15 wings and was more like chicken jerky. Got onion rings and they were almist as tough as the wings. But our server was good at least.

Rolled in with the wife and baby after a frustrating dealership experience in town. Despite being an hour to closing, we were seated and treated well. The food was great and Stacy's service was top notch!
We'll definitely be back if we're ever in town again!

Place is horrible waitress waited till last min to bring us our Fries and the food was cold and she got mad at my kid because she’s Accidentally Knocked over a drink! They need better people and a better Manager!

It’s conference championship Saturday. Oregon and Penn state is no where to be found in this place. Unbelievable! Our waiter came to us, said she can’t take our order, cause she needs to go smoke a cigarette. Toss in a ZYN Am I right?
This has to be the worst BW I've ever been to we got seated placed our order the waitress let us know she was the only one she took our order a hour later our food comes and it was the wrong order this restaurant need staff seriously we wind walking out because we didn't want to wait another hour for food

LOUD!! TV volumes were loud, in turn, making the patrons even louder. Waitress stood at the servers station and watched the customers, yet we couldn't get a refill on a drink when needed. My order came out wrong. I ordered ten boneless wings. Five with garlic parmesan, five with Buffalo bacon. Stickers on the paper under the wings stated buffalo bacon and teriyaki. I guess that's what I got. Buffalo bacon was so heavy on the vinegar that I'm not sure what flavor it actually was. Teriyaki was good.
When we had almost finished our meal, our waitress came by for the first time since our food arrived, and asked if everything was good. I said no. She immediately fired back "well you ate it." I explained that I did not complain about the wrong flavors because I didn't want to wait thirty minutes for replacements and have to listen to the table of twelve drunk men screaming about a baseball game. She turned and walked away and didn't approach us until it was obvious that we were done. Drinks sat empty until she finally brought the bill and asked if we wanted anything else. We asked for and received to go cups then.
Just picked the wrong night to go there, I guess. But then I remembered that the last two times we had been there were almost identical to this one. Lousy service, rude waitstaff, and loud atmosphere. I won't go back for a fourth time. Three strikes, you're out!

The BW3 where I live is terrible. No service. I was shocked how good it was here in Pinehurst NC. Working at the hospital for 2 months. It might be my go to spot during my stay.
