Also The Cupcakes Are Smaller Than The Cupcakes In The Actual Bakery. The Cupcake Designs You Can Tell Were Rushed Through. You Can See The Designs For One Character Look Different For The Same Character. Also Not What I Asked For. I Asked For Jumping In Muddy Puddles On The Cupcakes But I Didn't Even Complain About That. Just Wanted My Money Back On The Giant Cupcake That Was Dry & Tasted Like Gingerbread! Also No Matter What You Spend They Only Give You A Half A Dozen Cupcakes For Your Troubles. So You Could Spend 200-$1,000 & You Only Get A Half A Dozen Cupcakes Back If Your Order Is Messed Up! Terrible! Would You Pay $200 & Only Get A Half Dozen Cupcake Gift Card For This? They Need To Have Better Policies Because They Are Definitely Cheating People!

So I have a cardiac response service dog, I went in and got a cup cake to eat in the store . While I was in there 2 pet French Bulldogs came in and barked and jumped at my service dog. This almost caused me to have a heart rate spike. I talked to the lady behind the counter about this and she said she would enforce the ADA laws next time. The food is goo and worth it though

Honest review here. These cupcakes are WAY too expensive. And WAY too small. And they’re possible the best cupcakes you’ll ever try in your life. We live 90 min away and buy them on special occasions. Worth every penny. But they could be bigger :)

Stopped in today and purchased a few cupcakes & cake pops.Absolutely delicious!! Wish I would have purchased more. Definitely recommend.

I was really disappointed to see our (5) cupcakes all get packed in the same small box. When we got home & opened the box 1 had been stored sideways & another upside down. Toppings had all intermingled & frosting was smooshed (pictured). This was for my birthday but fortunately we were just celebrating with our household and this wasn't being offered to guests. Another reason for the low rating was my husband's last bite had a sizeable piece of hard plastic in it. This isn't flimsy pastry bag plastic, it's relatively thick & it's hard and as you can see in the picture has some sort of cracking/splintering. The cake flavors were good but kind of made me think of what I make out of Duncan's and there was something not quite right about the frosting.

I ordered three flavors for my kids birthday - cannoli, chocolate caramel and cookies and crème. They were a hit, everyone was super impressed by the taste and presentation.The consensus between all guest was there is no way you can eat more than one as they are sweet.
