Even seven hours after purchase, the cake was still soft, moist, and richly flavored with deep, delicious dark chocolate. The Southern Pines team made a gluten free wedding cake for me and it was absolutely perfect! No one could taste that it was gluten free, it was a crowd pleaser. Valerie decorated beautifully going above and beyond our expectations. Thank you!
