This is by far one of our favorite restaurants. A top notch restaurant with great food, ambience, and hospitality. If you haven't been here it is worth a visit or two!

We used to love this place, but unfortunately after last night we will most likely never return to this location. When we arrived it was busy but our party of four was seated quickly. Everything went downhill from that point. After being seated we waited over 25 mins with no server ever coming to take our drink order. We noticed a large party seated directly behind us that had at least 3 servers attention but we just sat and waited awkwardly. The server assisting the table next to us avoided even looking at us until I had to shout over to him 3 times before another customer had to tell him we were needed attention. As I told him how long we had been waiting he quickly walked away as we waited another 5 minutes before getting another member of staffs attention and told him how long we had been waiting. He went to locate the manager and as we waited again, the first server came and apologized saying he didn't realize we were his table. He took our drink order and we ordered our appetizer. At this point, we had hoped it was just a misunderstanding . The manager (Beverley) came by and asked us about the issue and we explained to her what had happened. She apologized and offered us free dessert but unfortunately we never got that far. 28 minutes later everyone at our table had zero refills, appetizer still never was brought out and it was literally chips and dip that was ordered. At that point we gave up and decided to take our business elsewhere. As we all began to get up from our table, Beverley appeared to be bringing the large party behind us appetizers and I told her we were just leaving. She just shrugged it off. Unfortunate that this place used to have so much potential.

Overall good experience. I expected the restaurant to be very busy since it was Valentine's Day. I got a bit irritated by the location of our table when everyone walking by, brushing up against me, then the guy at the table next to me pushing his chair into my arm as he was leaving..just way too close. Problem solved by me pulling the table to a different area. Our waiter, Brent, was EXCELLENT!! He truly made the experience so much better..very friendly, attentive to our tables needs without ever having to request anything. Food was great as well! I've been here several times and never had a bad experience and will definitely be returning in the future
