I went today with my mom who is currently sick and was too weak to make it inside the restaurant, she’s never eaten here so I went inside to ask for a sample of a couple of flavors for her to try and see what she may like. The manager Frost and his crew were all so welcoming when I walked in the door. After explaining what I needed they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my mom. If I could rate you 1000 stars for customer service alone I would. Your kindness and humanity met so much in that moment and was a reminder that there is still good and compassionate people in the world. This is an awesome location with good food, beautiful scenery and outstanding customer service.

No prices listed on in-store menu, unaware, I purchased a $12 small ice cream scoop of the signature Chicken Salad and a pickle weighing less than a total 6 ounces, with the complementary pickle outweighing the chicken salad.
I will not return.

Great food!

In an economy where eating out is a luxury, this place gives you a top notch experience- great food, comfortable dining areas (including indoor and outdoor by a fountain), and a price point that is unbeatable for the portion sizes and quality of food.

Wife kept wanting to go here after target and as a dude I kept saying “I don’t want a chicken salad” but the food here was excellent.

We were shopping in the area and my wife suggested we go to this eatery from reviews of people who have been there before. This place did not disappoint. As a guy I figured chicken salad is chicken salad but they put a very nice twist to it. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the cashier and she was Very Polite and happy to be there. Being first timers there, she explained the menu to us in a very friendly professional manner. Being a chain restaurant still came across as very mom and pop establishment. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The gentleman that was walking around making sure everything was clean and neat and tidy for the next guest so that my wife couldn't finish her meal and offered to get her I to go tray. He as well was very professional and friendly. As far as cost to eat there for two people, $25 was well worth it. The quality and the quantity was just perfect. I highly recommend this location in Southern Pines and will return myself when out that way. Thank you for a great experience. Hard to find really good customer service and a quality product these days.

This is by far one of my favorites. Each different chicken salad is very light and airy, also refreshing!!! It's beyond what I have thought that I could make at home myself. I will continue to visit this little hot spot!!! On most visits, the customer service has been excellent 👌... Favorite 😍 is the kicking kaylynne... Take a Chance and go discover the new way, at chicken salad chic...😁

Today we stopped for lunch with a pimento cheese on a croissant and a side scope of Fancy Nancy. This is one of the best Chicken Salad Chick restaurants I have visited. Why? First the atmosphere you can dine inside or out and either is an excellent choice. The staff was friendly efficient and prompt with the order. The customers exceptional. I enjoyed this business and the excellent food and comfortable atmosphere. Another favorite location

My 11 year old daughter and I went with my Aunt for lunch. We weren't sure about the place when we went in. Neither my daughter or I are chicken salad fans.. let me tell you something, the lunch as great!! It was one of the best sandwiches that I've had

Multiple visits. Multiple problems. 1st time ordered lunch to go & had to make a 2nd trip back across town to pick up the forgotten items. 2nd visit to pick up togo and the 2 turkey clubs we ordered don't have bacon, no tomatoes, & no lettuce. Specifically asked for the HM on the side and they remove everything that makes it a club. I will not be returning for $50 lunch with problems. Especially when I get a couple of turkey and bread sandwiches.

Food is great but for the first time they made a mistake on my order for BLT which usually comes with bacon and lettuce but no lettuce or bacon in the sandwich once I came home... store was closed by that time so couldn't return to address
