HARASSMENT!! My husband and I DoorDash, and we had a pickup for Chili's. He walks in and there is this 16 year old blonde/brunette girl standing at the register thing for pickups. Everything is fine at first, she tells us to wait about 5 minutes and then it's ready. He walks in and she's not giving him the order. She's playing a little game saying oh it's not ready and oh is it yours and so on. He is confused and said I just want my order and she finally gives it to him. After she gave it to him though, she saying stuff like come back and see me and he says he's married and she doesn't stop. This isn't even as bad as it gets, I call and report her for harassment and unprofessionalism and explain the situation to the manager, I believe his name was Will, and I was told they would talk to her. It's now been two days and nothing has been done. She still works there and lying to everyone saying all she did was smile when that is not true. This is absolutely no way to run a business and no way to continuously let your customers get treated! Wasn't there already one guy who harassed someone?? He got fired pretty quickly from what I've heard. Do you not believe women can harass men too? The only way for to handle this is to fire the problem. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN!!

Been going to Chili's for years. Great food, excellent service. Usually get the Triple Dipper, burgers, pasta &/or quesadillas... Whatever you choose, you can't go wrong. Their margaritas are amazing! Even the Virgin margaritas are really good.
The hostess looked scared to talk to people and couldn't hear her. Waitress avoided us after my husband's burger was sent back because he ordered with no cheese. I had my meal gone and he hadn't gotten a replacement burger yet. Flagged down manager to check on the hold up. She went to the kitchen and the proceeded to avoid us as well and walk around the restaurant for 15 minutes. Never got the margarita I ordered. We left after waiting over 45 minutes with his food never coming out.

Angela was very rude. I guess she had friends visiting this day because I kept seeing her talking to and hugging someone at another table which normally would not bother me at all but she didn’t check on us or anything and we were left without silverware or drinks for the entire meal. then i guess she was unhappy with her tip, which i would normally be very understanding of and feel bad about, but she handled it by confronting my boyfriend as we were leaving and made him give her a $20 (our tab was $40 before tip). the food was good but if you want chili’s i recommend going to a different location!

Service was great once we got it. Food is alright, portions are big.
We ordered the loaded mashed potatoes with our meal, but upon arriving at our table, potatoes were cold, and cheese wasn't melted.
Reported it to our waiter, and we received piping hot potatoes within minutes.

The food was great. We got the triple dipper with moz sticks, tenders, and egg rolls. Our waiter Kasey was phenomenal! Her customer service is 2nd to none. I highly recommend and will certainly return.
