Forgot my food every time
I have been to this location many times and it is always disgustingly messy inside. The tables are not cleaned. The food is not as good as other chipotle locations. The staff is unfriendly and slow
Very clean, fast, and quality service.
Strange online order pick-up location. Orders are not always on shelves when ready to pick up.
My husband and I ordered through the mobile app for drive-thru pick up at 7:20pm and app prompted us to be there by 7:40pm. We saw 10 cars in the drive-thru and thought it was just a fluke and we’d get through it. Well surely I was wrong as I waited AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES before reaching the window and it was STILL not ready. The girl at the window was not courteous at all. Didn’t even a give us a simple apology for being late. I will never return to the chipotle again.

The pick up lane is a TRAP - if there's more than 2 cars waiting, don't go in because you'll be stuck there forever. Agree with other reviews that they are too short staffed, which makes me feel bad for the people working but I was just waiting in the pick up line for over an hour with my two toddlers and there is no way to EXIT, so if you're stuck you're just at their mercy and they do not prioritize the window at all.
If there is a car at the front and their order is not ready yet, they need to send them to park and bring out their food. That way the people behind could move through more efficiently.
Placed a mobile order at this location at 1234 pm for pickup at 1250. I actually got there a little after 1250 (about 1255) and was told my did wasn't ready. I then proceeded to wait until around 1:20 pm before my food was ready. In that time multiple people came in, went through the line, and were out the door. There was even a large gap of time where nobody was in line and multiple employees were standing around doing nothing. I'll never eat here again. The fact that I had to wait nearly an hour for my order showed me that the employees simply don't care and once they have your money you don't matter.
The workers are very nice to you, it was all good.

Made an online order using the app saw that you get FREE CHIPS AND QUESO WITH CODE CINCO25 proceeded to place my order and head to pick it up. I pull thru the drive through lane gave the employee my name she brings it back she then proceeds to say we’re outta chips which I really wanted, I asked for the vinaigrette she says we’re out of that too. This is the second time I’ve came to this location and your out of chips and vinaigrette, but you proceed to run an ad for free chips and queso but cannot meet the demands thats bad for business. I will be spending my money at this location because it seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority.
Not a poster but stay away!!! Horrible service at the counter. They don’t tell you they are out of gauc and at the front end of dinner!! Out of brown rice and only enough honey chicken for one order. All things an employee should be communicating to people in line but they make the experience worse. It’s obviously a management issue at this place.
Place does not even deserve 1 star. The negative reviews are consistent - lazy staff, place unclean, just a terrible place to go to. I could not believe the things that I saw there. Chipotle has a bad reputation and deservedly so. They need to shut this place down
Fast, massive portions, perfect
It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this place absolutely deserves one. I have had not one but TWO horrible experiences here.
The first involved a 45-minute wait in their “fast lane” only to get food that was cold AND prepared incorrectly. But I figured, hey, maybe it was an off night. I’ll try eating inside another time.
So I recently visited again with my family, and we ended up being verbally harassed by a staff member. To make matters worse, Chipotle’s support team didn’t offer any assistance other than saying they’ll “look into it.” What a joke of an establishment…
