I simply asked them to put a smoothie into a travel cup I brought in, they said they could but then decided not to without letting me know and just left my cup on the front desk. That was very rude and immature of them, plus they gave me an attitude when I asked about it.

Great smoothies and wraps and convenient. Recently the app/menu updated and I can’t order the sweet and savory wrap on the app. Can this be fixed?? I went in store to ask if it was still available and they said yes. I asked if this message could be delivered to the owner/manager and she said she had no idea who that is and didn’t offer to help which is why I’m writing this review.

Awhile back this place was a great place to eat but now I’ve noticed nothing but a slow pace due to lack of employees and bad business. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I know I will not be back; in addition, it’s expensive for what you get.

The staff is really nice, but I ordered an açaí bowl with banana and strawberry and they gave me this. That is not açaí, that’s sad when you get something totally different that you were supposed to get. And the price is even expensive, it was $13. So sad!
This was only my third experience here. I ordered through the app and received a phone call that their juicer was broken. The juicerista very patiently walked us through ordering an alternative drink since we are not familiar with the menu yet. Overall, I’ve been pleasantly pleased with the quality of the people and the product.

Cali Wrap was $11 and was the size of a children’s sandwich with deli meat, not grilled chicken. The chocolate protein shake with hemp is terrible. Also overpriced at $12. Not happy with this meal at all for what I paid

Juice drinks were delicious but it took them (2 very nice guys!) twenty minutes to make them. There weren't many customers there. I'll be reluctant to return.
