Went and ate lunch today after church. Had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Allie was amazing. She was extremely kind, patient an professional. She checked on us, just enough not to be overbearing. She kept our waters and teas no less than half-full during our visit. You could tell she enjoyed her job. She made us feel like we were her only guests even though at the time she had multiple tables. I actually found a manager, Frank to let him know how having Allie is a blessing to Cracker Barrel. I don't go out often and today Allie made the experience amazing. Wish all others could be like her because I've had bad experiences and today Allie reminded me what great customer service looks likes. So if you're in Southern Pines, NC and want a wonderful waitress vist Allie at the Cracker Barrel.

Ordered shrimp platter with hash brown casserole and chicken and dumplings. It also came with fries. The dumplings were so thick and gooey with no noticeable chicken that I stopped eating after a few bites.

I recently moved to the area, my family and my self love to go to have breakfast there.
The staff is so nice and very friendly, the service is excellent as well.
