Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We want to commend the restaurant manager (Frank). He always goes to each table in the restaurant to make sure all the customers are happy with their meals and service. Once we had an issue and he took care of it right on the spot. Evidently, there was some miscommunication involved between staff members, but he rectified the issue and we were very happy with the outcome. On more than one occasion, we have witnessed him filling in for some of the staff when the restaurant was extremely busy. It appears that he is always working. It is rare to see a manager so concerned with their customers--but greatly appreciated. It is truly a joy to eat at this restaurant. We know this review won't get him a raise.......BUT he deserves one!!!!!

I haven't been to a cracker barrel in a while due to a bad experience. I decided to try it out this morning and I did not leave the same!!!! Thank you so much Brittany for such wonderful service and such a beautiful spirit!!!! And thank you to the whole cracker barrel family for a job well done. I will definitely be back

Breakfast at Cracker Barrel was spot on—great food, great service, and a throwback to what makes them strong in the first place. Unlike so many “woke” chains that lost their base chasing false spins, Cracker Barrel had the common sense to stick to their roots, sparing themselves the Budweiser-style disaster.

Went for breakfast. Venus was our waitress. She is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Southern Hospitality is a real thing! Made my Wyoming heart burst! And the peach mimosa was delicious!

👍Frank has really turned this Cracker Barrel around. The service is good and so is the food. I love the lemon peppered trout, the campfire meals, and the breakfasts. Also glad that the logo is not being changed.
