i paid about $12 for a plate and they were out of corn bread. She told me she would bring it when it was done. I checked with her abot 15 minutes later, still was not ready. When I got ready to leave I asked that I could get it to go. Still was not ready. So you pay for something and don't get it.

We went in tonight (Friday) and you could immediately tell that there were changes for the better. We had excellent customer service! Our waitress Ally was absolutely amazing, helpful, and extremely polite. Frankie the Manager came to check on us and he made sure everyone was having an excellent experience. We had the best food we've ever had there. We go often but will now not only come more but we will tell everyone we know about our wonderful experience!!

Arrived around 1:30 in the afternoon on 4/8/24. Was seated right away. The dining room had less than a dozen guest. We waited around 15 minutes and never saw a waitress. I guess the were busy. So my friend and I got up and left. Much to the amazement of the hostess that seated us Cracker Barrel usually as a great reputation for customer service. Just not their restaurant in Aberdeen

Fried eggs were leathery, service very slow. Not like other Cracker Barrels that I've visited. This location had a health dept. score of 86.5 posted. A new manager was there working to improve the situation.
I went with some friends to cracker barrel today. I absolutely loved the country store when we entered the building. The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. I look forward to returning soon.

Consistent experience.Vegetarian options: It's a restaurant that has about 48 different side options, most of which are vegetarian. It isn't what you'd consider a destination for vegetarians but I'd think a vegetarian that didn't find ample options is overly picky.

Our waiter , a young man who was intentionally polite wrote down our order, recited it twice to make sure he had it right and came back, quite late, with partial dinner for both my wife and I. No meat, starch and side veggies as per norm, just the meat. Then asks if we're content. No, we have no loaded baked potatoes or any side veggies. Also, biscuits were not raised but they were good. However we asked waiter for blackberry jam and he had put grape jellies in, instead! Our baked potatoes came out very late...half baked...we think he forgot to order them.The manager came by and addressed some complaints from other tables and as he went by ours, he apologized and said they had problems all day and he called the District Manager.Told a customer at the hostess station, " This might not be the right place to eat today?!"Waiter needs more mentoring. Great personality though.
