I ordered a custom blizzard cake 4 days before I needed it for my bosses birthday party. When I went to pick it up they informed me that they “forgot to make it.” I will never give this location my business again.

This is the absolute worst dairy queen. The blizzards are only half mixed every time you get one. Also, I always get the same blizzard at any dairy queen we visit, banana split blizzard. It has been off of the menu for years but every other dairy queen we go to still will make it since they always have the ingredients for a regular banana split. This diary queen refuses to make it. Last time they said they were out of bananas and today they just don't make it any more. The workers are also act like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there.

Several workers were inside but they were closed at 10:20 instead of 11pm. It would be helpful for places to be open during their posted business hours.

My daughter & grandchildren were treated horribly at the S Knoll Rd Dairy Queen in Southern Pines, NC. First, they were wanting chicken but were told that only hotdogs were available. Second, she tried to order the $7.00 meal deal (see poster picture) but requested the hotdogs to be plain because the grandchildren won’t eat the toppings. Instead of the two $7.00 meal deals, the employee charged for 2 hotdog meals (see picture of receipt) for $6.99. When the order was handed to my daughter, all she got were plain hotdogs. She had to ask for the chips that were supposed to be with the $6.99 meal instead of the fries wanted included in the $7.00 meal. When my daughter asked about the ice cream she was told that wasn’t what she ordered.n, the employee did not ring up the order correctly and had an attitude when my daughter said she would pay the $0.01 per meal to get the $7.00 meal. The employee refused to make the adjustment. My daughter was told she would have to order again if she wanted the $7.00 meal deal with dessert. In the photo submissions you can see a picture of the $7.00 meal deal my daughter wanted versus what the employee rang up. My daughter never raised her voice but instead of helping her, the employee called the police and said my daughter had threatened to “blow up the place.” My daughter left because she wanted no conflict and it was obvious that the employee was trying to create conflict. Needless to say, my family did not receive good customer service at all. This DQ franchise & location leaves a lot to be desired. In a world where there are lots of places to eat you would think that an employee would strive for the best in customer service so customers will return. That certainly did not happen with my daughter’s experience!

This place is NASTY! Both in attitudes and cleanliness, they messed up every aspect of my order and was extremely rude and said I would have to reorder and pay for everything again the only reason I’m even giving them one star is to warn people NOT TO COME HERE!!!

Im in the fast food service my self so you think a nice paying customer would get good customer service but no this place is a disaster and they were rude and unpleasant and they will never get business from me or anyone I know if i can help it the Manger is very rude and disrespectful this establishment is a JOKE and give fast food employees who work their butts off a bad name this place needs a new Manger or this store will continue going down hill. Visited here a few days ago and my food was completely undercooked. INSANE. The staff were completely out of order and rude. It is clear there is no competence in the staff, id rather eat road kill than to ever visit this location again. I was charged for things I didn’t even order and then was belittled for asking about it. Joke of a restaurant 🤦♀️

This places ONLY sells hotdogs. Overpriced ones at that. We went for chicken and was informed only hotdogs. I ordered the 7 dollar meal deal for my kids which is a chili cheese hot dog with chips drink an sundae. I requested plain hotdogs bc my children will not eat the toppings. I was charged instead for a plain hot dog combo for 6.99. When I asked where the sundaes was she said i didnr order any. She refused to let the kids have them bc she(the manager) claimed it wasnt what I ordered. 1 cent difference that I would have gladly paid for. She said I would have to purchase them again.

I’d give 1 star if the staff wasn’t usually nice. I’ve been to this DQ at least a half dozen times and I have NEVER been able to order an orange Julius or fruit smoothie. They never have it—EVER! It’s such a disappointment to have this be our local representation of DQ!

So I am very displeased. I placed an online cake order 3 days ago. Pick up time was 230 today. My husband went to pick it up, he had to wait an hour for a cake that should have been made already. Which leads me to believe they hadn’t prepared my order. So then I get a cake that isn’t even what I ordered. That melted instantly and was misshaped.
