So I am very displeased. I placed an online cake order 3 days ago. Pick up time was 230 today. My husband went to pick it up, he had to wait an hour for a cake that should have been made already. Which leads me to believe they hadn’t prepared my order. So then I get a cake that isn’t even what I ordered. That melted instantly and was misshaped.

Every time we try to go to this DQ there is always a problem. Closed, no ice cream, or only like 1 or 2 people working and you wait forever! Now no more pup cups!!! Booooooo!!

They don't mix the blizzards very well. Cook out has a better ratio of ice cream and condiments. Plus better priced for their size. Got a medium and a small. The medium had less than the small.

Walked right to the cooler and found the perfect ice cream cake for a family member’s birthday. The staff member was very pleasant, timely and kind! I read so many negative reviews, I almost didn’t even stop there but I’m so glad I did!

I wish this store was under different ownership. It's sad to see the wasted potential each time I try to purchase things and they don't have it, the machine is down or they are closed early. This is a great location and could be a great hangout for students.
Came to the drive thru 15 minutes before closing. The amount of attitude I got from the cashier was unreal. I get that it’s almost closing time but this was ridiculous.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Just had a TERRIBLE experience at this Dairy Queen. Treated with absolute disrespect from the get go simply for ordering. Was a woman with lighter hair pulled up. Learn how to treat people with kindness or do not work in customer service. I will take my business somewhere else.

Ordered a blizzard and food and get to the window and given the wrong order. Only vehicle in drive through so not sure how the order was mixed up. Check your receipt to make sure it's right.

Been twice in the last 2 weeks, both times their slushy has been “down”. I’m sure it’s fine they just don’t want to clean it. Also the first time I went the lady had an attitude with me like it was my fault she works there. Have some pride in your job people, if you act like you don’t wanna be there neither does the customer.
