My wife a I love this place . I think I like it a little better. The hotdogs are great the hamburgers are great. The service is great. You gotta try it.

We went in about 30 minutes before closing, and the workers were very polite, and the food was good.
It was a busy night, but we ordered quickly got our food quick. And the staff were super nice. We also ordered custard and they held a ticket until we were ready for it to be made. When we saw how busy it was we thought we would have to wait awhile, but we were surprised it didn’t take long. Also, loved how clean the store was not only in the dinning area, but also where the staff was working.
Great service...a bit of a wait
Food is fantastic, the employees.. some are good some not.. but that's human.. the place inside, crowded.. feel like a bull in a China shop. Prefer to order and take out or use the drive thru.
I've never seen such a large staff many sitting/laying in the dining room. The team working were very friendly.

Decided to try Freddy's for the first time,went threw drive thru,for a quicker service,due to time.ordered over $50 dollars worth of food just to get back to the hotel and find food missing from my order,and food to salty,then burgers wasn't made as I asked. A disappointing meal for my family...
i usually love freddy’s but this is the first time i had a bad experience. the burger patty was unseasoned. i ordered a cheesecake shake but it was just straight up vanilla. there was a long black hair twisted into my french fries. i took my fries and shake back. the unpleasant young lady snatched the fries and rudely assured me that she put cheesecake in the shake. instead of just offering to add cheesecake or give me a new shake. super disappointing. i wish i took a picture of the hair in my fries.
Ordered online, pickup in drive thru. Perfectly executed ordering and outstanding meal.
I’ve been coming to this place since it opened, and every time I come in, it’s great service. The tables are ALWAYS clean, and the wait time is usually less than 5 minutes. It’s a clean, fast, and friendly place to eat at. :D
