So not impressed!!! It had 5 stars so we thought It was a done deal but much to my dismay, it was awful. The bartender had a real attitude because she messed up my drink so that was how we started this day. The waitress was cute and sweet she was a dingbat. She didn't check the food she didn't check the bill when she brought it to us there are many things that were forgotten and it just wasn't a " country club" environment. I won't come here again but I can say that I can check it off my Restaurant list. Very disappointed but won't waste anymore time on it

We've been going to Heartwood for over one year. The food, service and price are outstanding. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and friendly, the restaurant is clean and neatly laid out and the food is always very good.
Our garden club had a lunch here. A cup of soup & a salad cost $18 and it was average at best.There are way better places for lunch.

We've gone to the restaurant three times with reservations. Each time they were surprised that we showed up. There is never a host/hostess. Service is very poor. Too few wait staff. Surprisingly, food is fairly good. We will not return.
