Been coming here since they’ve been open. Had a couple issues with my food coming out late, but the new GM is kicking butt and I watched everyone’s orders come out ON TIME! Love Wingstop always wished they were faster and today that actually happened!!

While on vacation in Lynchburg, Virginia, we had delicious food from It's Just Wings, including carrot/celery sticks, the amazing corn and tenders/wings, loved by all ages in our family, as were the fries. We were excited to find there was one in Aberdeen, NC and were sorely disappointed. The wings were fatty and undercooked, while on the other hand, the boneless wings were cooked at too high a temperature and the oil tasted old. They offered no veggies, and the fries (although we specifically asked for fresh hot fries) were cold. It was a total waste of $99.38 and definitely will not be returning.

Had an order of wings. Wings were not done. Like still gooey and pink and bloody inside. Called spoke with will. He was suppose to issue me a refund never did. Spoke with someone on Monday still no refund. Called again today. Still waiting for my payment. A week and a half later. So here i go waiting another week.

It's a ghost kitchen. It's just Chili's.The service was fine and it was easy to order online, but the food was very underwhelming. The curly fries and the wings were soggy. The Buffalo flavor was barely covered in sauce.This is just a personal opinion, but Buffalo flavor should be hot, not medium.
Very disappointed in tonight’s experience. I waited forever in the parken lot just to find my food sitting on the counter. The place seems unsupervised and chaotic.The food tasted like the grease hasn’t been changed in a couple days and it was obviously cold. The fries tasted like they were reheated in the microwave.

Impressively bad. My wings had almost no sauce, were cold when I got them, and there were only a few sad fries in my ‘meal.’ I went in with low expectations and surprisingly they failed to them.

Just ordered, 3 different flavors, delivery from Uber Eats. I was sort of afraid based on some of the reviews, but these wings were meaty and tasty. The fries were great too!

Food was under cooked. I received an hour and half late. Sodas were flat. Food was cold.. I ordered four drinks and ended up with 1. I spoke to manager who wasn't concerned. I will NEVER eat here EVER again.
