We had been out for a drive, and were in need of some caffeine. Java Been Plantation was just the place. Good service and nice outdoor patio.

I've been coming here for years now. The staff is awesome! Very accommodating, always friendly & makes 1 of if not the BEST coffee in town.
I’ve been coming here for 20 years. Don’t go to Starbucks- go to java bean. The baristas are friendly and quirky and they will remember your name and your drink. The drinks are also good and made quickly, not weak or too sweet like at other places.. It’s a charming place to hang out, either inside or on the patio. Rich, the owner, may seem a little gruff if it’s your first time there. But don’t be fooled, he’s a sweetheart too. :-)
Friendly staff, great coffee and they have iced tea ready for me as soon as I walk in the door.

I meet friends a few times a week here and buy coffee for home and business. Java Bean is a local treasure. Comfortable, warm atmosphere. The world's best hot chocolate too!
Better than just coffee. Feels like breakfast in your own den. Very easy “in-and-out.” I’ve visited all of the local places. This one is the best.

Great little coffee shop off the beaten path. Very eclectic, inviting atmosphere.. enjoyed my stop, but the issue was with the basic latte I ordered. Didn’t seem right as you could barely taste the espresso. Not super hot either right out of the gate. Next time will go with the brewed !
I often stop here in the mornings for my coffee and bran muffin. The coffee is good and they always change up the flavors, and the bran muffin is my favorite muffin from anywhere. It's a cozy little house converted into a coffee house. There are sofa's and the chair's to sit and visit and they have a great deck for outdoor sitting.
I usually get tea but my friend usually gets the chai latte!
