Good beer choices on tap, food good, sports on TV good, and Morgan at the Bar made it better than good!

New Yorker here on business. Great bar to have a bite and watch the game. I had the Cobb salad with chicken.. delicious

We have been there twice and both times the food has been very yummy with large portions. It is loud especially on game days but that's to be expected. Unfortunately the last time we went two orders were slightly wrong. And everyone at the table had their food except for one person who waited almost 15 more minutes to get their salad.

This was my first time ever eating there, the food was good but the service was not. We had a party of 8 so therefore the gratitude was automatically added in but needless to say my niece and myself never received all of our order so when we told the waitress she removed the amount for missed items and issued a new bill but when I gave her my card to pay my bill she brought me a bill back that was more than my bill that I was paying also they never refigured the gratitude amount for the adjusted bill they charged me the higher bill amount, so needless to say I will not be going back there again.

Great place to smoke a cigar on the patio. Great food and service!!

Waitress was on point and super courteous. Food came out hot and for the most part was good. Appetizers were good and most entrees. I gave it 4 stars for food because my cajun chicken Alfredo was pretty flavorless and I’d recommend getting something other than that!

The food is really good. My reason for giving it a 4 and not a 5 is only pertaining to the noise level if dining in. It's always loud and more suitable for customers who don't mind that. Although, it is more like a sports bar type dining experience. When ordering for pick up, their time given for pick up is pretty accurate, being fastly ready. That's always a plus!

I can't say enough about my experience at this Kickback Jack's location today, my mother and I visited here today for a late lunch. There was a bit of confusion when she ordered her meal, the order came out and was not exactly what she ordered and or wanted, the waitress Immediately took control of the situation without having any hesitation in a very professional way, she began to correctly place the new order, while we waited on the corrected order the assistant manager, stopped by to apologize, and to make sure things have been corrected, after a few minutes the manager stopped by as well and again apologized, asked if we needed or wanted anything while we waited once her correct order came out it was perfect, again while we sat there eating the waitress and both managers came over to make sure all was good, appoligizing, etc.
I wish more restraunts would use this business model with customer service in the restraunt industry, I can't express enough the AWESOME customer service, quality of food, and satisfaction we recieved on our visit today. GREAT JOB goes out to all the managers, and staff at this Kickback Jack's location. We will definitely be seeing you again soon!!!

I don't even like going to Fayetteville for anything, but that location is way better than this one.

Wings were very very small not used to what we get at other locations..... Those wings never should have been accepted from their vendor.. and never should have been sold to customers.. not kickback Jack standards..

Went to the outside bar to watch Monday Night Football. Bartender was awesome, service was fast, burger was delicious! Highly recommend

Pam’s the best waitress, the food and atmosphere was great at this restaurant. I would recommend it to anybody. Those food is cooked. Perfect you can watch any football game. Any kind of game you want it’s great.
