McAlister's Deli

I work fairly close to the Pinehurst location so I had chosen on three separate occasions over the last 3 months to give this sandwich shop my patronage. All three separate times they disappointed me with the lack of pickle that is supposed to come with your sandwich even the third time I requested the pickle but they were out of them. Also I paid $5 for a cup of hot dog chili. I ordered a cup of chili for my sick mother and when she opened it it was literally hot dog chili. I spent $40 on two sandwiches two small cups of mac and cheese and a tiny cup of hot dog chili. Subway is in the same shopping center do not waste your money on McAlister's.

Always good food and great people. The staff are friendly and attentive to your order. The sandwiches are top notch. I just had a fantastic Southwest Chicken and Avacado salad.
We come here often and will continue.

Use to be a great place. Unfortunately I Just bought a large French dip. Costing $18 and it came with two pieces of meat on each half. The atmosphere was horrible. I was being very polite saying thank you and I get a uh huh in return. There is no customer service. Place has gone down hill.

Wobbly table like a see-saw - Mac and cheese for the kids were mushy and didn’t taste right; bathrooms are horrible and not clean - floors extremely sticky - need good management to fix these things; staff was friendly tho!

The staff works so hard, even though they always seem short staff with the amount of people this restaurants gets. Staff is super friendly, fast in serving go out of the way to please.

Terribly unfriendly. Couldn’t say hi and just looked at us waiting for us to order. Very disappointed

We have eaten at this McAllister's several times lately and have been thoroughly impressed with the delicious food and amazing customer service. Every staff member has been competent, professional, and very kind. Thank you! We will keep coming back.

Portions were extremely small compared to our local McAlisters in Virginia. The prices are also almost 25% higher and they upcharge for fruit. They don't upcharge at other locations. Scammy franchise location! Watch out for numerous upcharges on your receipt.

Great for a quick lunch

Baked potatoes were very delicious and HUGE!

I ordered half a sandwich BLT and soup. The bread was so tough I couldn't even bite the sandwich . And usually pleased with McAllister 's food

Good salads and sandwiches. Not a fan of the soups.
