Not aware of the chain. Quite pricey for decent food without any table service.

The staff works so hard, even though they always seem short staff with the amount of people this restaurants gets. Staff is super friendly, fast in serving go out of the way to please.

Terribly unfriendly. Couldn’t say hi and just looked at us waiting for us to order. Very disappointed

We have eaten at this McAllister's several times lately and have been thoroughly impressed with the delicious food and amazing customer service. Every staff member has been competent, professional, and very kind. Thank you! We will keep coming back.

Portions were extremely small compared to our local McAlisters in Virginia. The prices are also almost 25% higher and they upcharge for fruit. They don't upcharge at other locations. Scammy franchise location! Watch out for numerous upcharges on your receipt.

Great for a quick lunch

Baked potatoes were very delicious and HUGE!

I ordered half a sandwich BLT and soup. The bread was so tough I couldn't even bite the sandwich . And usually pleased with McAllister 's food

Good salads and sandwiches. Not a fan of the soups.

Avoid at all measures!!! This was absolutely horrible all around. First impression absolutely disgusting and unclean as soon as you walk in. Dust everywhere, the napkin dispensing area was covered in dust and looks like weeks if not months of unclean.
Next the overall bearing of the cashier was just unprofessional seemed like he didn't want to be there , plenty of food sitting in the window for minutes that we saw while just waiting on our food.
Next the food we got was horrible, prisoners eat better. I got the "grilled" emphasis on grilled chicken Ceasars wrap . It was ice cold chicken , like half a bottle of Ceasar dressing and brown lettuce. Also ordered my son a ham and cheese melt. Laughable what we got was a soggy , mayo mess with greenish ham and a rotton tomatoe. Absolutely horrible establishment.

Good service and even better sandwiches!

Nice clean Deli. Ordered from large menu which was brought to our table. It was really after the normal lunch hour but all the tables were clean inside. Would eat here again if in the area.
