Wow my first time here and what a great place for lunch or lunch date the cashier was very helpful and nice food was excellent atmosphere was very comforting I will be back most definitely!! Also their lemonade tea with added peach flavor is out of this world it is very very delicious.Kid-friendliness: They have a nice variety for children.

My wife and I went to lunch at McAllisters Deli. When our order came out my food was wrong. We waited and waited for my food. While waiting we saw many, many plates of food being out. Some were to customers who came in after us. After a long while I went to the counter and inquired about my food. I was told "we are working on it". I saw approximately 7 or 8 plates to be brought out, so I asked if one of them was mine. I was told no. I said my wife was finished with her food and haven't even received mine. An employee went to the back and got a "manager" she became very loud and rude when I requested a refund for my food. She was so loud and rude that several people asked us what was going on on our way out.No way to treat a customer.

The cashier on Saturday (09/16/23) afternoon around 3 pm was nice to a friend of mine, but when I asked what I thought was a clearly worded question about the side items, she replied "I don't understand your question." I stated it again and then told her it was ok and just disregard my question. She went from being nice to being a "witch" in about 1/600th of a second. I told my friend I just asked a question and don't know why she acted like she did towards me. The food was mediocre and overall, I have eaten at other McAlister's Deli locations that were far better than this one...

I have eaten here multiple times. I have zero complains for when I dine in. If I order online they are always missing sides or sauce. They reassure us every time everything is in the bag and it’s not. This has happened every time I’ve gone. The food is decent but the service SUCKS!!!

Here’s what you’re in for if you’re a new customer: NEVER GET CORRECT FOOD, WORKERS REEK OF MARIJUANA, THE CASHIERS AND BACK WORKERS TALK JUNK ABOUT ALL OF US EVERY ORDER THAT COMES TO THEM. Horrible service and the management allows

Ate lunch there yesterday, extremely poor customer hospitality. My wife ordered a chicken club sandwich, the order brought out had bacon with the chicken. On religious beliefs she only eats chicken and fish no pork or beef. They took it back saying they we’ll make a new one, brought out put out less than 40 seconds. When asked if it was new they said yes. I have picture of the bread with the bacon marks, the Manager was invited, she offered no apology rather insisted it was tomato. We also pointed out to the rotting leaves in the salad and all she said was they try to pull out any bad ones and maybe this was overlooked. Very casual approach. I ordered a chicken salad, Quality and quantity served were quite less than what I’ve eaten here before. Just checked my bill while posting this review, I’ve been charged for a side salad that I wasn’t informed about. Wouldn’t wish to go back again and the experience tells much about whether I should recommend anyone else to do so. Sad

Service isn't great. Food is mediocre. Staff has a huge problem understanding the hours. Half of the time, the doors will be randomly locked during the middle of the day. I don't know if they are in there doing drugs or what. Subway is a MUCH better and safer alternative!

CONS: The price of the club sandwiches is pretty overpriced for bread that literally looks like I pulled it out of my Nature’s Own loaf at home. We ended up making a second order because my son wasn’t full from his $10 sandwich. Also, an employee was scrolling on their phone behind the checkout counter. PROS: The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious. The cookies are large and great texture. I enjoyed the peach tea. VERDICT: Overall, I prefer Jason’s Deli or Panera because of amount of food for price.
