Quite surprising how rude the bartenders were. Was happy to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully it can be rectified.

Karaoke night last night was not the best experience for me at all. I’m a local, I go here often so I was surprised at how rude the bartenders were to me. I wanted to request a song at/around 11:30pm. The DJ told me they stop karaoke at midnight so I wouldn’t be able to put a song in. Cool, I sat back down and got a drink. It is now 12:30am and karaoke is still going on. I walk up to the DJ and asked how I’m seeing ppl still singing and literally walking straight off stage and requesting songs still????? I was greeted with an attitude and told it’s because this group of ppl paid her $100 to continue. So I asked if I paid, could I sing one song??? Again, attitude from the DJ. So I sat back down at the bar with my husband and basically said forget it. A few mins later, this group that paid the DJ are now yelling at me and the bartender decided to join in on the “explaining” of how they paid the DJ to play longer. All I wanted to get through to them was that I UNDERSTAND YOU PAID THE DJ, BUT THEN ANNOUNCE THAT PUBLIC KARAOKE IS NOW CLOSED, or something….it’s not my fault to think karaoke is still going on if ppl r still singing and nothing was announced that only this group of ppl can sing since they paid. Communication, ppl!!! ? At closing time, I was speaking with one of the workers about my complaint & he agreed with me how they came about it the wrong way & that the DJ wasn’t paid an extra $100 bcuz they pay her to go until about 1am. So it seems to me she had a favorite group of ppl and was giving them priority to sing over others.

Staff: The staff was very fast and knew their mixed drinks.Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean. Outside seating available.Band: open night was awesome. The drummer rocked!Alcohol: Cups stayed full! Flowed like water.Parking: plenty of parking.Star rating: 5 because of the price and the open mic night.I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.Parking: Parking on the street.

Ok he pub isn't too bad. Service is as outstanding. This is an indictment on the town. Two bit one horse nonsense town. If I had to live here I'd shoot myself. Had to walk three miles back to me Hotel because there were no Uber/Lyft or taxi available. Never again. The only reason this is two stars is the bartender that actually tried to help us. She earned the two stars. Otherwise your town is garbage.

I did not enjoy my time there. The clientele there were so rude and it was not enjoyable. They made me feel isolated and rude. We stood at the bar for 15 min and they didn’t even look at us. I didn’t enjoy my experience. Nevilles was great though. Go there. We love Carl.

For some reason, a $5 cover was charged for this place... first red flag. Second red flag was the group of bouncers who were drinking and smoking cigarettes who said "$5 or just turn around." After getting in with little to no table space (because there is none, not because of crowd), we found a corner high top. After a round, a woman who was clearly drinking but in work attire, told our table we were trash for not returning our empty glasses to the bar or somewhere.. we can only presume. Shortly after, a guy who was also clearly drinking while working, came and literally pulled the table away from us saying to move or leave. Bottom line - this is a locals only bar who doesn't deserve your interest or money. It's a joke of an establishment with terrible customer service and in general.
