Nakayia is awesome! Best server we have had in all the years of coming here. Food was yummy, service was great, atmosphere was good. Over all very happy. Prices kind of expensive but it is OG.

I took my mom out to eat here recently. The service was great. The breadsticks and salad were both great. However, the main entree I got (chicken marsala - 19.99) just reminded me of beef flavored Ramen noodles, so taste wasn't special, really, just sodium-loaded.My mom ordered the chicken alfredo with broccoli. It looked delicious, but it was just very bland.We'll definitely order something else if and when we return.

Does discounting a item of your bill compensate for you for poor service/ poor experience?We were asked whether we wanted a booth or a table, we opted a booth and were asked to sit by one right next to the kitchen alley, we did not agree. Took us to the table by the electric fire place and we saw another booth empty across the room. Our server Niyah said that is not her allotted area to serve, really this was a sign of how the rest of the evening would go. Customer preference doesn’t matter.I requested for hot and crisp bread roll with my soup, I got them after reminding her twice and only after finishing my second bowl of soup. The soup refill and salad refills were delayed between servings because they were still getting ready. My appetite was dead by then.The chicken Parmesan was quite good. My wife and I decided to share the meal, asked for an empty dinner plate that wasn’t bright rather in the middle of her meal she was offered a “to go” box.All this at 6:00 PM on a Friday evening, hope customers coming during the busier part of the evening will be treated better and not brushed around as though it’s a favor to serve the customer.

Service was definitely slow. We watched 4 tables of people seated after us and we still hadn't even been asked what we wanted to drink much less our food order. The other tables were eating as they finally got flagged down and asked who was waiting on us.

We had a party of 20, and Maklee was a wonderful hostess. Every time we are patrons at Olive Garden, she greets us with a huge smile. Our waitresses, Alexis and Sarah Claire, were very attentive and professional, as well. We felt very welcome.
