This is a very good place for dinner I got the chicken sandwich and fries and it was so good! After I finished eating I was tired and when I get tired after it means I ate good and that doesn't happen a lot! I recommend this if your going for dinner.

We had an especially enjoyable experience for myself and husband on our 64th Birthday! Yes, the same day and date 😊 Location is in Southern Pines and server #9 was so good, kind and personable. Hubs ordered the 16 Oz Prime Rib which was prepared to absolute perfection (and he is picky). I had the Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp. Delicious 😋 Wish I had take a pic because everything was post card worthy. Manager spoke with us bringing Birthday wishes and this was a busy Friday Night! I highly recommend this restaurant. 👌 😊

Horrible steak Sirloin (chewy) and chopped blue cheese salad was soggy. Bathroom was gross with crunchy to tile right in front of the toilet I was using. Outback in Florence SC is totally different than this one. I won't be back to soend$60 on food that's sub-par.

Sadly we will not be back. They overcharged us and tried to give us a coupon for a dessert we got that cost $3 when they charged us $10.99. Instead of reversing the overcharge because it was too difficult for them. Disappointing when they said the owner will be out, we waited and 10 minutes later a manager shows up and offers the same thing. When I tired to explain that their coupon offer was far less than the money they overcharged me she didn’t understand. I am sure she did the best in her empowerment but sadly not near enough. Not worth the hassle, hopefully they will do the right thing and reverse the charge and charge me correctly.
There is a lot of competition now in the area for store chain food and even better local options. The salad was wilted, edible but wilted and the medium steak was way more on the rare side the potato was edible but overcooked. We ate it all and did not complain. But again to much better service and quality elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this is NOT the Outback you grew up with. We visited this week and aside from the hostess (African American lady with a great attitude) the rest of the staff looked like they were being held hostage against their will. They were not engaging at all and quite frankly, acted like they were miserable. Usually in the restaurant business attitude comes from the top and makes its way down to the staff. The food was decent but we could have chosen Longhorn or Bonefish and at least experienced a more positive environment. We are used to Outback being a special place to dine.

Ok! Paid $12 for 1/4 scoop of ice cream, a wonderful brownie, chocolate syrup and whip cream! $12!!!! Chocolate Thunder from Down Under is the technical name, but this, choc from lightening from hell. $12!!! Come out yall! I work hard for my money and this just ain’t right. I’m so disappointed.

This location has greatly improved over the past few years. My daughters and I enjoyed a nice lunch before one headed back to DC. Our server Jan was wonderful. She was easy to understand when communicating with us and was very personable. Our food arrived in a timely manner and drinks were filled. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious! Jan was very accommodating to our needs. I will ask for her area whenever we visit again.

We were seated and 12 minutes later NOTHING. No waitress, no drink orders, NOTHING! We left, the hostess said “have a good night.” My guess is she wasn’t even aware and neither were the other two standing with her at the hostess podium.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Shannon, the manager, runs a top-notch establishment with exceptional attention to customer service. She made sure everything was running smoothly and went out of her way to ensure our visit was enjoyable.
Our server, Quan, was phenomenal — attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. He checked on us consistently without being intrusive and made the entire dining experience feel personal and pleasant.
The food was great, but what really sets this location apart is the people. If you're someone who values great service and kind-hearted staff, I highly recommend visiting this Outback. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome dinner!!! Steaks were perfect and the French onion soup is the best in town. Quan was our waiter and he was amazing. Zeb the kitchen manager came and checked to ensure our steaks were done properly…not something I’m used to happening at a franchise restaurant. All in all a great experience come on out and give him a shot.
