I was very disappointed with my dinner at Outback. It seems like this restaurant has gone down hill unfortunately. I would like this restaurant do better because I know they can. Restaurant was dirty and waitstaff out fits look sloppy. I use to really enjoy going here but it is not the same quality and for what they charge it should be.

Purchased a steak dinner on 3-30-24 for total of $30.81. The baked potato was warmed up so many times it looked like it was baked a week ago. It was brown inside. Could not eat it. Terrible dinning experience. This has happened before. The restaurant must never throw anything away.

Friday night we had a great experience. We were seated promptly. Then our waitress was phenomenal. Nicole was pleasant and friendly. But beyond that she was very attentive. (Something you see to often these days) our orders were somewhat "high maintenance" but were cooked and served perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Recent visit was better than the last we are loyal outback fans but something needs to give, keep ordering 30$ steaks that come out rare as pictured (filet) the restaurant was not busy. Our appetizer was great (cheese fries) and the drinks were good. Employees were very friendly, not sure why you sit people on top of each other when there is no one in the restaurant but that’s minor. Next time might have to try the chicken…
First off the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and it took 40 minutes to get our food (4 kids meals and 2 adult). 1 adult and 1 kids meal came out first because we had dietary restrictions which I appreciate them cooking to how we could eat (dairy free). The steak and shrimp were very over-seasoned. The kids burgers were dry and boring and the fries were over salted. My husbands aujus sandwich is supposed to be able to dip into the sauce which was clumpy and looked to be old. (He wouldn’t even try it and he eats everything…) Oh and the kids were upset they didn’t get crayons to color on their menus, not one person cleared 1 dish out of our way so we could have space for our meals and when we were leaving the hostess didn’t say a word (usually you’d get a “have a good night” or “thanks for coming”) but she was eating and looking down. We usually love Outback but unfortunately we won’t be back.

The food is not that good. The atmosphere isn't either. The bartenders are what you would expect. Overpriced. Where to sit and not be a slave to the subliminal advertising on the screens? I once had to have my car towed by AAA for I can't remember what it was. That was a hundred years or more ago.

The service was great Quan was an excellent server, on top of everything, and extremely polite. The restaurant was acceptably clean, but the blooming onion stand needed a cleaning….the food was good, but definitely not worth the price.. Inflation has really made me judge cost vs quality and in my opinion Outbacks food isn’t worth the cost..family of 6 paid 122……two of the meals were kids meals.
Very friendly, fast service. Food was great.
