My favorite local coffee shop! Service is always fast and friendly. Their espresso is excellent, the featured drink menu is always fun, and it goes without saying that the scones are to die for! Location is in a strip-mall-type plaza with plenty of parking.

Cute little coffee shop with good coffee, gluten free options, and friendly staff Website menu states they don't charge extra for non dairy milk but they actually do. I was not refunded when brought to their attention which was disappointing, but that won't keep me from going back.

Pinescone Café is such a cute little spot in Southern Pines, and I really enjoyed my visit! They have a nice variety of scones, both savory and sweet.

I tried the jalapeño cheddar scone with ham, eggs, and cheese, and it was absolutely delicious—fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the salty kick. I’ll definitely be back for more of the savory options!

I also picked up a variety box of sweet scones, and I have mixed feelings....
