Currently sitting here in the parking lot I went in because I had a question about the app offering a free pizza and staff was very helpful I want to give a special shout out to Gunner and Burlynn they were absolutely amazing kind and helpful they were also holding the store down just the two of them . Good employees deserve recognition and I hope you both see this and are rewarded for your good deeds !

Called and requested a med meat lovers for delivery at the cancer center in pinehurst a little after 3p and was told it was 22.80 and that it would be delivered in 30 mins well ot is now 423p and I have yet to receive my order. I have called multiple times to check on my food and nobody is answering the phone. This is not a good look for the business at all

Called order in. Went 30 minutes later to pick up. They didn't have boneless wings ready. Waited another 15. Got home, they didn't sauce the wings. Dissatisfied

Didn’t get the name of the nice gentlemen working up front on a Wednesday evening but service was wonderful! :) Update: Went once again and older gentleman was working always has a positive attitude Will continue to come here for all my pizza needs 🍕👍🔥
ordered delivery they were so kind and thoughtful! My kids weren’t feeling the best and she wrote me a note saying she hopes my kids were feeling better! Will be ordering more often food was amazing and super fresh!

I've ordered extra sauce on my pizza for the past few times, and every time my pizza has little to no sauce at all.We won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
I saw an employee put a pizza pan on the floor along with another one that was already on the floor when I walked in. I really hope this is not how the employees are trained.
I know nowadays eatery are busy & ingredients are high but when I give a good tip, I expect a little better of paying attention.We ordered a cheese pizza & received crust& sauce & a sprinkle of cheese, well off to Walmart to get more cheese 🧀. Please prepare your orders like if it was for yourself.update6/15/23 we ordered a new Yorker & received a regular large pepperoni pizza my son needed to use the bathroom & it was out of service but the special staff member in front was very kind.Come On pizza hut we pay $$ lets do better.Who can beat the hut Papa's John where you get more for your $$$!!!

I'm not sure what changed between the last time I had Pizza Hut and this time, but the flavors were just not the same. The cheesesticks were mostly thick bread and the cheese was thin on the pizza as well. I was looking forward to the new Yorker style pizza but it wasn't anything special, just bigger slices and limited toppings. The employees were polite and professional and my food was ready on time.

The lunch box is HUGE! 2 Pizzas + wings + garlic bread! Amazing value for money. It's just a normal take away place ... so 3 for atmosphere.
Customer service was great but ordered a supreme pizza and am missing mushrooms, beef and sausage. Husbands stuffed crust was like leather :( My fault for not checking before we left but door was locked when we went to pick it up so it was a quick in and out to grab the food.
