I’m normally not one to write reviews, but I absolutely had to share my praise for Rich, who truly made this mama’s night. As a first-time mom (and honestly, just a mom in general), moments like this mean more than words can express. I placed an online order and, on the way to pick it up, my baby finally fell asleep. Once I arrived, I called the store to check if my order was ready because I didn’t want to be away from my sleeping child for too long. Rich let me know it wasn’t quite ready yet but would only be a few more minutes. I explained that I might call back to check again because of my sleeping baby, and he completely understood. A few minutes later, to my surprise, I saw Rich walking out with what looked like my order. I stepped out of my car, and he asked my name. When I confirmed it was mine, he handed me the order and said it had just come out and that he didn’t want me to have to worry about leaving my child. I cannot express how much that simple act of kindness meant to me. Rich went above and beyond, and he truly made my night.

Love this location, always really good food and is pretty fast if you pick up yourself BUT every single time I order pesto basil on my pizza (which is everytime I order bc I love it) it’s missing. Wish they could just do better about remembering that considering I pay extra for it everytime.

Ordered a pizza at 4:16. Received at 7:30. Called multiple time to inquire as to status. Was laughed at by employees. They asked to send additional money via CashApp to ensure delivery. Finally spoke to manager and she told me the pizzas had been sent out already. 5 mins later the delivery driver tells me they haven’t picked up the order yet. Lied to over and over again. Never refunded. And 3 hours to make 2 pizzas. This place is the worst most unprofessional establishment. The owner should fire their entire staff. Just the worst.

When someone orders extra mushrooms they need to get more than 3 pieces if mushroom!

I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza and this is the only pizza hut that actually fixes my pizza correctly. Their cheese sticks and boneless wings are a must have!

How hard is it to get an order correct? Only completed part of my order and my dasher had to GO BACK and pick up the rest. Ridiculous. Will be the absolute last time I order from them.

I am having trouble ordering the wings special on Wednesday. Where are you buy one and get one of equal value for free I did it. I went to the store and then they told me it wasn’t. I couldn’t get it so I ended up having to pay full price for my six weeks
Absolutely slowest Pizza Hut ! I ordered delivery for my kids after 2 hrs they already asleep waiting. Mgr when I called to complain did not even care. This location near Lowe’s Food Morgantown Rd needs to close!

Currently sitting here in the parking lot I went in because I had a question about the app offering a free pizza and staff was very helpful I want to give a special shout out to Gunner and Burlynn they were absolutely amazing kind and helpful they were also holding the store down just the two of them . Good employees deserve recognition and I hope you both see this and are rewarded for your good deeds !

Called and requested a med meat lovers for delivery at the cancer center in pinehurst a little after 3p and was told it was 22.80 and that it would be delivered in 30 mins well ot is now 423p and I have yet to receive my order. I have called multiple times to check on my food and nobody is answering the phone. This is not a good look for the business at all

Called order in. Went 30 minutes later to pick up. They didn't have boneless wings ready. Waited another 15. Got home, they didn't sauce the wings. Dissatisfied

Didn’t get the name of the nice gentlemen working up front on a Wednesday evening but service was wonderful! :) Update: Went once again and older gentleman was working always has a positive attitude Will continue to come here for all my pizza needs 🍕👍🔥
