Dynamite food, great service, 6 stars, if there was a sixth one. The Mahi with an amazing Chili Relleno was great, and don't skip the Goat Cheese Cheesecake. Our third time here, and we will return ASAP.

My boyfriend and I planned to eat elsewhere last night, but due to a longer wait than expected we looked for another option. We hadn't heard of 195 and decided to try it on a whim. THANK HEAVENS.
Firstly, the hostess was super sweet. We didn't have a reservation, but the rush had just passed. We peeked at the menu before deciding and were seated immediately.
While we waited for our drinks, a bread basket was brought out. Now normally, bread is a filler that's not very exciting. 195's bread? SO GOOD. I mean, it was so good we bought a loaf, sandwich-sliced, to-go. YUM.
Our server, Travis had personality for days! He was honest about the menu options and suggested his favorites. I'm really glad he did. I had the salmon and my boyfriend got the short ribs. Both were AMAZING. The flavors were intense, blended well together, and the textures.... it just worked. Like magic! The portions were perfect. We both finished every bite. I even wish I saved a piece of bread to sop up the sauce left on my plate!
The dinner fare wasn't what we originally chose, but we both have zero regrets. I LOVE finding random restaurants on accident only to realize it's a hidden gem. We will be back!!
Travis, you helped make our visit to 195 over the top. Everything was perfection. Thank you!

This is my absolute favorite place to dine in Southern Pines! The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service is always outstanding! A special shout out to the manager, Shannon, for always taking care of us. They usually have a good featured entree for dinner, but one of my favorite menu items is the tuna tacos appetizer and their salmon entree. I usually go to dinner, but their lunch is really good too!

Shannon the lady on the picture was very rude. I had 3 small kids with me and we were waiting and waiting and she was just chatting with the other employee while I was standing. It’s been a while. After a while I sat down with the kids outside. She rudely informed me that j can’t just sit down myself. And talked back as she was walking away. I also saw a crushed roach where we were seated (she told us to move to another table) my daughter was terrified of the roach. I asked one gentleman to remove it and he did. So please make sure you sweep the floor. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.
Our waitress was great. No complaints there and food was okay.

195 American Fusion Cuisine is a delightful dining experience that beautifully merges diverse culinary traditions with classic American flavors. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this restaurant offers a modern yet cozy atmosphere that invites you to unwind and savor every bite.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by friendly staff who are eager to provide recommendations from their eclectic menu. The appetizers are a true highlight; the fusion nachos, topped with pulled pork and an unexpected drizzle of chipotle aioli, set the tone for a fantastic meal. For the main course, the Korean BBQ burger is a standout, combining the savory elements of a traditional burger with kimchi and house-made pickles, creating a mouthwatering explosion of flavors.

Vegetarian options are also plentiful, with dishes like the Thai-inspired vegetable stir-fry that showcases fresh produce and vibrant spices, ensuring there's something for everyone. Don’t skip dessert; the matcha cheesecake is a unique twist on a classic that leaves a lasting impression.

The drink selection is equally impressive, featuring craft beers and signature cocktails that perfectly complement the cuisine. Whether you're dining for a special occasion or simply enjoying a casual night out, 195 American Fusion Cuisine strikes the right balance between innovation and comfort. With its welcoming ambiance and creative dishes, it's a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking to explore the exciting intersection of American and global flavors. Highly recommended!

A casual clean dining experience. Service is excellent, easy going, the food has been very good. Right next to a wholesome grocery and products store that has its own coffee/tea bar and eatery within.

This little gem is tucked in off the main road but so worth the trip. The place is beautiful, the staff is nice, and the food delicious. A little on the pricey side but not ridiculous by any means. I had the Indian Butter Chicken and it was tender and flavorful. The rice was perfectly cooked and the table bread was amazing. My wife had the Gnocchi and the cream sauce was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves. Not sure if I should recommend reservations as we were asked if we had one but we were sat with no wait. It may be a good idea to have one during busy dinner hours.

The food was good, but the menu was limited. There were no chef's specials the night that my friends and I were there. Cheesecake was the highlight of the night. Drinks were really good. Had an issue with the reservation. My friend asked for a specific table, but when we arrived, we were told that someone else had requested the table. We ended up sitting somewhere else, and no one ever sat at the table we requested for the entire night. Overall, it was ok.

This was such a wonderful experience! The ambiance of the restaurant is immediately relaxing. I sat at the bar and had a few drinks and dinner. Thomas was the bartender and his drinks are amazing! The tuna tacos were light and refreshing. The scallops for dinner were out of this world, highly recommend. The pumpkin cheesecake was worth the misery. Definitely do not skip dessert. Can’t wait to come back and bring family from out of town.
