There were a couple of people in your shop when we were. They weren't so nice to be around or for your employees to deal with. They did an exemplary job of taking care of everyone in a timely fashion without rushing customers or losing their patience or temper.
This poor kid today..was slammed with on line orders and constant walk ins, (even a lady waiting for curbside) Subway should really take away their on line ordering this is the 2nd subway I’ve been to that was short staffed.The gentleman was calm and collected while making an order ahead of me , at 1st I was mad that I had in my order on line and It wasn’t ready when I got there 25 min later. Placed my online order 30 mins in advance but had to wait an extra 30 because they didn't even start on it, someone asked when they closed and the gentleman said at 830 when they close at 9.. the food was not hot when he "toasted" it.. and the didn't add the correct amount of meat to my sandwich..
