The Bell Tree Tavern

We came into town for the day and had lunch on the outside patio as the air conditioning was too cold. The menu was fantastic, and we had a very hard time deciding. He got the Bison burger and I the lamb burger as we don't get either in too many places. We really loved the back patio and the fans. Lunch was delicious. He said the Bison was very good but could have used a little salt. The lamb was great, especially with the added tziki sauce. I would love to go back and hear a band and enjoy the atmosphere. Great lunch!

A fun, laid-back place for a drink, some good food with excellent service!

Came here for a late lunch as a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. Husband’s Cuban with plenty of delicious topping and my seafood dip (perfection really) was a true delight! He wanted the pecan pie with ice cream which he enjoyed and I shared a little but really should be presented on a bigger dish (looked like a saucer) as it was spilling over so rather awkwardly presented. Will be back for sure next time we’re in the area as it’s one of the better restaurants we’ve been to and hopefully next time sit on the beautiful back terrace as this time of year and time of day too hot and humid for us but others were enjoying it.

Lunch on Father’s Day: the tavern was not too busy. The barbecue beef brisket had plenty of meat with just enough barbecue sauce. Onion rings: got the end of the bag with breading chunks and some onion. The coleslaw was really good- it had a vinegar base that was not overpowering. The sweet tea was good-not overly sweet. The bean burger was exceptional. I substituted provolone cheese for the pepper jack cheese because I am not a fan of spicy cheese. The sweet potato fries tasted good.

Great place and it honestly has some of the best food I have had in southern pines! They have a great drink selection and the service is great! The food is a must! The patty melt, Rueben, and fried pickles are absolutely delicious! Food was piping hot and very affordable. This was a frequent spot for my buddies and I and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is excellent and the atmosphere is great. The owner (Army veteran) came out and greeted on my first time to the establishment. Highly recommend.

I travel the 45 mins for the Ruben Sandwich without fail! The service is absolutely the best and the food is even better!!! I love the location in town as well. Beautiful walk through Southern Pines before or after a meal (usually after, their portions are perfect and FILLING). Life long customer service here!!

Bell Tree Southern Pines, awesome place for family and friends as we came in for lunch. Very large area for seating, outdoor available also. Kimberly, our server was awesome, she obviously loves her job and people! I ordered the Rueben egg rolls for the table, huge hit. Our ladies ordered Fish & Chips and were very pleased. I ordered the Rueben & fries, excellent!! My SIL had their BT burger w/all the fixings and again very pleased. We can't say enough how great this place is, very fast service, incredibly attentive to their customers and all our food and drinks were excellent. Parking - it's Southern pines so deal the town parking. It'll be well worth it.

In town for a wedding from FL, had Family lunch here. Had the Prime Rub Dip was fantastic! Lisa our server was very attentive and pleasant! Sat outside wonderful weather this day. 10-4-24. 5 thumbs up for me!!! ??????????
