Great Irish pub. Better than most with good food options and quality. Festive atmosphere. Our server, Pendleton, handled our group of 8 by herself, and was excellent.

My wife and I are a mission to try a new place to eat 2 times a month. This was our 2nd time to the BellTree is 16yrs. Atmosphere is like a pub, very Cheers-ish. Our server was very good. The food was ok at best for us. I wanted to love it. I got a bison burger, and it just wasn't worth the money. My wife got the special chicken sandwich, and she said KFC was better. We had wings for appetizers they looked great but tasted like they were cooked too long. My mash potatoes were good. I really wanted to love this place.

We wanted to sit outside on the patio the waitress asked the manager for help her reply was it’s not that cold outside. I thought that was pretty rude when she wasn’t the one sitting outside. The waitress was super sweet and friendly and we moved inside. The same manager/ bar tender made us our drinks they were terrible. Plus I noticed the pricing from the menu versus what’s on your check are different. Plus menu super hard to read with the print. I wouldn’t recommend going there for drinks food was fine.

I came in to eat during lunch time, which was a little busy. But, boy I tell you service was WONDERFUL. staff very friendly, food service was quick, management helping with refills. I love this place!
Bartender had zero customer service skills. Instead of answering questions regarding certain whiskey she tossed a menu at us.

This was a difficult restaurant to rate.On the plus side, the food was reasonably good, and the service was excellent. Both our waiter and waitress were extremely friendly and personable.On the downside, you're in for surprises when you get the bill. The prices on the bill were different than the prices on the menu, by about 4 or 5%. Additionally, my salad dressing was on the light side, so I asked for a little bit more and didn't find out that there was a charge for that until I got the bill. On top of all that, there is an additional charge for using a credit card. Not sure if the positives outweigh the negatives, so I'm also not sure if I'll go back.If it weren't for the kind staff, I would have given this restaurant two Stars based upon the food and the surprises on the bill.

The shrimp & grits, was okay, the seemed that it needed to be cooked longer. It came out with a puddle in the bowl. The brie was good, the crustini's were a little hard. Overall everything was okay, unfortunately this was a one and done for me...

Great place. Great people. Great food. Great blackened salmon. Went here three times during my week in Southern Pines. Sat at the bar to watch football. Kaitlyn, the bartender and heartbeat of the establishment, works incredibly hard both for patrons and her fellow servers. So happy I found it.
