Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and an acai bowl. Where do I even begin?
The chicken in the wrap tasted boiled and bland. It was entirely flavorless and had a weird mushy consistency throughout the entire wrap. The acai bowl was 20% smoothie and 20% fresh fruits and 60% granola that is sweet enough to give your next 7 generations diabetes. The only decent thing on the menu is the side of lays baked chips but you can just get that from any convenience store. If a tropical storm hit it would manage to make a more decent smoothie than this store.

This is my go-to spot whenever I’m heading to First Health! I always order through the mobile app, and they consistently have my smoothie ready even faster than the estimated time. The staff is quick and efficient, and using the app helps me rack up points fast. Love the convenience and consistency—definitely a favorite stop!

I went to tropical the other day and was immediately greeted by Macy and she provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in choosing which smoothie to get! Give this girl a raise! She quickly prepared my smoothie and it was so delicious! I will be coming back frequently I had such a great experience!

Order was made wrong and when we got the corrected one, there was a curly black hair in our food. Yuck. Maybe the cooks should be wearing hair nets.. Our smoothies were good though..

No matter what I order, I’m never disappointed at Tropical Smoothie. Everything tastes good and I appreciate the value. What really strikes is the excellent service that I receive enough matter what day I go there, or who’s working. It’s right up with Chick-Fil-A in terms of service, which should be taken as a great compliment, and it’s very important to me.

I had a peanut butter smoothie that was over $8 dollars tasted like ice no additional items added. Ridiculously expensive.

My new obsession is the Bahama Mama bowl and the new Dragonfruit bowl. They are so good I've been coming to get one 2 or 3 times a week since I've discovered them. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. Yall should add a tip jar so customers have the option of leaving a tip.
