First time at this location. Won't be our last. Lionna was patient with us as we took our time with the menu, and delivered our (HUGE) smoothies to our table. Neither she nor Bella stopped moving. Even with a line almost to the door, and orders printing from the app, they stayed calm and got it done. ?

The absolute best service and friendliest people I have ever experienced at a tropical smoothie. Every time I have come in the smoothies and food have been consistently delicious and continue to bring me back! These is the place to stop at when your looking for a nice cool drink on a hot summer day.

There were 3 people working. One was making smoothies. People came in after me, ordered in store and were served before me and 2 others who had been waiting. It took almost 20 minutes to get a smoothie. Also, they didn't really clean the Vitamix carafe. They rinsed them and reused them. I was in there long enough to see the process.

It may say I visited this place, which is true, I haven't ate here yet. I'm a Doordasher. I would love to get in there to eat when I get the chance. The restaurant looks amazing and the food smells amazing.
We love Tropical Smoothie! This location is consistently great. I follow a very strict lower carbohydrate diet though and sometimes I’d really love to order a wrap instead of a salad. I have a suggestion to pass on to corporate: can you please carry a low carb wrap option? You wouldn’t have to change the menu and you’d be able to accommodate low carbers.
