Westside Cafe

We ordered for a party of 20. Fish and chicken was piping hot! Cole slaw, potato salad and hush puppies were also all the rave. This was a good decision for a LONG meeting. It really kept us going. Thank you Chef Rodney for your seasoned culinary skills. Y’all were so helpful and accommodating; really made our day. See you next time! Nothing like hot fish w/ a little hot sauce to fire things up! Thanks yall!!!

First time here today. Asked for recommendations for fried fish sandwich on Moore County Foodie page on Facebook and someone suggested this place. Everything was very good. Good fish and excellent fries, slaw and potato salad. Owner was really friendly and welcoming. We'd return to try other things on the menu,.

Large portions of absolutely delicious food. The fish was so tender and the pork chops were cooked to perfect. But the best part was the wonderful customer service we received between the woman running the front to the man who was in the back cooking (he made sure to pop out to see how we were enjoying everything) we were definitely made to feel welcomed. No actually they made us feel at home. We will definitely be back to support this small business.

1000/10 would definitely recommend! The fish was fresh, and crispy! I will definitely be back. Katina is very friendly.

We found this place by accident, but happy we did. Small place with 4 tables, that serves southern food, like Fried Catfish and Fried Okra, both of which we ordered. I ordered chicken wings and a side of fried okra. Both were delicious, but the wings were tiny. The taste and the fact that the wings were $1 a piece that day, made things better. They really did taste great. The Husband got the fried catfish sandwich with a side of fries. He really enjoyed his lunch too. The owner came over to talk to us a bit and we loved how friendly she was. The menu includes Hot Dogs and Burgers, Wings, Fried Porkchop Sandwich, Fried catfish, potato salad, Okra, and more. Go visit and show this local business some love.

OMG! My wife and I visited Westside Cafe yesterday afternoon and we're so happy we did! The staff was awesome and we enjoyed what had to be the very best fried pork chop sandwiches we've had in our lives! ♥️

The chops were perfectly cooked and seasoned to the gods! They weren't overly bony and were very well-suited to be consumed as a sandwich, if that's what you want. They (the chops) more than stand on their own, though. The Chef was Cheffin' that day! Good Gawd! 🤣

Everything was delicious and we will be back again, soon! Many thanks to Westside Cafe for making our visit a great one!

The west side cafe is the place to go to for good soul food! Customer service was great, the wait wasn’t too long, and the food was amazing! That lemonade?! 100/10 I definitely recommend! Please if you in the west southern pines area please stop by and get some good food! Definitely will be back!!!
