I placed my order prior to going overt shopping and thought, this will give me enough time to get things done and pick up our food. From the time I placed my order, it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get our order. During my wait, several orders before mine were incorrect so I confirmed my order with the staff The response I got was, “you can check behind me if you want” in a very condescending way. Whether or not the food is good, the service is less than desirable. To the owners, hire more staff!! You should know by now that during dinner time, you need more staff to cover the flow. We will not return.

We were told a 20 minute wait for just 8 wings and an order of fries. We waited inside for over 1.5 hours….. no apology, no coupon, no sorry. Nothing. We won’t be back.

We waited one hour and 15 minutes for 12 wings and fries. There were over 10 Doordash people there that waited over an hour for their orders for customers. There were about 40 people standing in the lobby that had waits. Some longer than ours. There were only 4 people working. Some woman with a very poor attitude and the rest did not care one bit. Many were asking for their money back and they refused to give them their money back. I asked for a refund and they told me that my order was next and it would be 3 minutes. It was 15 before they then told me they were boxing it up. The bag was covered in oil. The wings were not good. Unless there is better management and service, this store will never make it. There were so many angry people in the lobby. We will NOT be returning to this location. Very disappointing. $30 for 12 wings and fries. This store lacks much. As we were leaving there wasn't even a trash can to discard our trash. We had to carry it outside and use the trash can for the shopping center on the sidewalk. My daughter said that there was a ton of food garbage in the restrooms running out into the floor. It was not clean.

Wingstop messes up the order with missing items for four people so two people didn’t get their wings. Instead of making it right and letting us come get what’s missing guy says it’s store policy to bring everything back but they won’t remake the whole thing? So the stuff you got right will be cold just to prove they made a mistake. Terrible customer service. Management is clearly the problem with idiotic policies that screw the consumer over. There’s better places to eat around here never again. What a shame cause Wingstop in different cities are better.

My daughter placed the order online. She placed for 6:30 that day and it needed to be for 5:00pm. Called the store, the said they could not alter any online orders to be picked up earlier. No big deal, we can grab something else. So i asked my order be canceled as it was ordered online amd not in the app. The guy stated he couldn't over the phone I would need to be in store. So I drove to wingstop to cancel my 50$order. Once in store the manager says they can't cancel my order, I can either wait till 6:30 or just be out my money. We had somewhere to be at 6:30.
Come on guys, can't we do better than this? Sounds like they have employees trying to scam customers. I will be calling corporate with my concerns and reporting this as well as disputing with my bank to stop payment.
I will not be a returning customer.

Preface: I am not writing this out of self-pity—do not feel bad for me. I am writing this to warn others about the poor service at this restaurant.

Picture this: It’s Friday around 6:30 PM, and I’m just getting off work. My girlfriend and I place a small order of 8 tenders, a regular fry, and a regular corn. The cashier says it’ll take 25–30 minutes. We figure it might take 45 minutes since the place looks pretty busy.

To pass the time, we head to the grocery store to grab a few things and come back around 7:05 PM (+35 minutes). I walk in and ask the cashier if the order for ***** is ready. He immediately glances behind him, looks back at me, and says, “Nah, that ain’t ready yet.”

Cool, no problem—I expected a little delay since they seemed so busy. Wingstop is delicious, so I don’t mind waiting. I sit down and wait for them to call my order. Over the next 30 minutes, I notice the staff calling out online orders, but only once do they do a roll call of the orders on the shelves. I’m carefully listening for my name but hear nothing.

After 30 more minutes (+1 hour 5 minutes total), I approach the woman handling the food and ask, “Do you have an order for ***** coming soon?” She immediately responds, “I’ve called that four times already,” and the cashier chimes in, “I already called that.” They hand me the bag.

By this point, I’m so hungry there’s no point in arguing. They’ve already responded with blatant lies and hostility, so I just say thank you and leave.

Wingstop has so much potential to be a powerhouse in the fast food industry if they could just figure out how to be efficient. They need a new manager to get this place into shape, or it’s going to continue sinking.

Absolutely aweful, waited 35 min for a simple order for 2 people. They delivered it only because I had asked for my food multiple times. They gave me a refund but they took my food back, they will be out of business soon!!!
Went to Chic filet and got my food in the drive thru in 7 min. With a smile on their face!!!

On my first visit I ordered the original, Louisiana rub and lemon pepper. Two out of the three overcooked, dry and my sides were missing. The young man taking the order was very polite and professional, i did have to wait almost an hour for food. The second time i ordered food for take out, was told 20 to 40 minutes for pickup of a six piece wing meal. I arrive to pickup up food 45 mins. Later and i was told it would be probably another hour. I’m hoping the kinks will get worked out and will chaulk this up to new opening issues and organizational issues. I will give it a few more weeks and try again in hopes for improvement at this location. Thank you

I had to wait over 2 hours for a delivery knowing it was a Friday night I was trying to give them time. I called wondering about my food and I was told the tickets were put behind an hour I asked again then around what time should I be getting my food. They then told me it would be best to ask for a refund and when I asked for a manager they told me to come the next morning and hung up. It wasn’t until 10:20 I got a message saying that my order was cancelled. Until then dashers were still picking up my order and waiting up to 45 minutes only to find out they don’t have it. If your workers can’t handle that many orders at once turn off delivery because you’re only giving yourself a bad reputation for an establishment that’s barely been open.
