I waited at curbside for 30 minutes. I put in the app I was there and then I even called after a while and they told me they would bring it right out but didn't. Curbside is very slow.

Hot food and friendly staff

as a former manager of this place for 5 years, it's hard to see all the negative posts that's on here. But that's not surprising because the ownership ran away all the people who actually cared about this place.

Grandkids love the food and I was pleased with what I ordered when I ate there. Service was great and the employees are always very polite.

I placed a mobile order wait time was 20 minutes. Got to the window and received my “order” but my so called “order” was missing 3 items and 1 out of three was a milkshake that they did not have. Then tried offering me a peach sweet tea which im allergic to peaches so already to a bad start. Then on top of that I had to wait 8 minutes for my cheesecake bites that were missing.

It is near the high school I guess I went in about the same time that seniors were going in for lunch it was pretty chaotic

Not bad quality but very stingy with sauce, you pay for extra and get a couple drips in a plastic cup

I can't speak to the atmosphere but I come here often and do drive-thru. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone I've spoken with has been beyond kind, helpful and extremely professional. It's our families favorite quick pick-up spot!

First the workers are very slow. The girl with the green hair is very, very rude. Customers asked for a supervisor and she didn't care she said she wasn't available. So green haired girl said "what do you want". Customer said "you are very rude, I don't want to speak to you. They don't care. Don't come here. Pick another zaxbys. I've never experienced poor customer service at a zaxbys and I travel all the time.

Absolutely, the worst experience when you are looking for an easy and fast meal. The lady taking my order from the drive-thru had the worst attitude and she missed half of my order. When we pulled up to confirm the order, she acted like we were being difficult... She was very rude and was on her cellphone while taking orders, so no wonder why she is missing things that we ordered.

The young lady who was taking orders in the drive thru was very rude and wasn’t listening to our order. We repeated everything multiple times and clarified what we wanted to order multiple times and she still had our order wrong when we pulled up to the window. Once we got to the window it was visible the young lady taking orders was in her cell phone which is probably where the constant friction in ordering came from. When asked to repeat our order again to verify it was correct the young lady decided to get off her phone and come over to the window and argue about what was said. The young gentleman who was working the window was very nice though and helped to deescalate the tensions between us as customers and the lady taking the drive thru orders. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Awful, just plain awful. Placed an order online and waited about an hour to grab it. At the speaker, I was informed initially, they couldnt find it and then I was told it wasn't ready and to park at curbside. I sat at curbside for about 15-20 minutes before I drove back around to check on my order. I was told to pull around because it was ready. (An hour and a half AFTER placing the order). Thank God I was trying to kill some time any way or I'd have been late to anything I was going to.

Put in an order for a high school function to be ready at 1030 on 28 September,. When I arrived an operations manager tried to tell me it was for 1100, needless to say order was not ready until almost 1130.

Young lady taking orders was rude. When trying to confirm orders the young lady rolled her eyes and was very rude with her comments, attitude and honestly the manager of the establishment needs to clean house and get better help. 1
