me and my family have been coming here for many years and we come to this place every time. his sense of humour is so funny and you guys are just snowflakes. there ices are soooo good as well as there ice cream this guy is not rude if you guys can take a joke. stop being snowflakes and grow up.

I love how Jeff berates the children that come into his shop. Let’s be truthful, they need to be berated. Their parents have done a poor job of raising their children. Someone needs to step up to the plate, why not Jeff I say.

I was getting ready to pay (with cash) I was trying to wrangle out some change from my wallet when the old lady rudely asked the girl I was with if she was paying with card while I was trying to pay I started to walk out because I thought the girl I was with payed for both of us the she did not so I wound up paying with a 20 when I had exact change because I just did not want to deal with it she also grabbed the card forcefully from my friend and we were there earlier in the week and we did not leave a tip and they made a very rude look at us.

This is a shop that’s more mom and pop. For the ice cream part they didn’t have very many flavor options whereas the snowball part had many flavors. I ended up getting a wedding cake icey and it tasted like something was missing. I’m not sure if it was missing sweeteners or just the wedding cake flavor in whole. With all this being said though I wasn’t happy with the ice cream part of the store or the snowball part I will say ladies that ran the store were very sweet and helpful.

Love the sno cones! And the coffee drink were amazing! The staff was entertaining, especially the older gentleman and his sense of humor!!!!
Edit - the owner cursed in front of my daughter, and to my severely sunburnt friend said "get enough sun there blondie?" Disgusting. Also said we are "wasting his time and space" also "don't pay attention to them"Good ice cream

I have been coming to OBX for a while and this is an ice cream place I frequent. I have never directly been subject to any mal behavior, but have witnessed some "cringe" interactions. The ice cream is to die for. The sno balls, however, are clapped. JEFF

Customer service was HORRIBLE the old man was rude and snippy so rude especially to kids. Felt super uncomfortable my blood pressure went sky high I had to go wait outside save yourself the trouble and go to the other places in town. The cone’s where nasty and the ice cream was nothing mind blowing!

Went in yesterday to get a passion fruit and pineapple snowball, and I found multiple black specks in what I was served. I looked closer at these specks, giving benefit of the doubt and thinking it could be from passionfruit seeds, but I realized that they were fruit flies! Absolutely disgusting and inexcusable to have this uncleanliness in your product and serve it to customers. I do not plan on returning, and management, please correct your hygiene and cleanliness practices ?♂️
