Was there 12 minutes. Nobody said hi, what do you want,nothing until finally someone said we're slammed with online orders. I guess the customer sitting on the couch eating for doordash takes priority to walk in customers. Supervisor doing paperwork, 2 employees talking at the register, 1 person assembling sandwiches. Was looking forward to a sandwich. We walked out.

I stopped in after a long day of work and ordered a complicated order. The staff had no issues with making my order and were very quick. After ordering and getting my drinks, the manager noticed I had my youngest daughter in my arms, and my hands full with the drinks, and offered to bring my food to my work van. I am very pleased with my experience, and the food is always been outstanding. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s in Southern Shores shopping center, and applaud their staff. Thank you so much.

Food was decent. Customer service was awful. Every single kid working today desperately needs to improve their hygiene, appearance and communication skills. The boy making the sandwiches just pointed at it as his way of asking which toppings I wanted. I used my words to order, so give me the same

I walked in and stood there for almost 5 minutes. There were 4 guys standing there. Never said the word to me like. Hey, how's it going? What can I get you. Nothing. Then just lady walks in And served her almost immediately. Pretty lousy
