I ordered a large fry and chili for my son to eat chili fries that he wanted, I received not enough fries in the large container to even amount to a small, and they were so hard my dog wouldn’t even eat them. It’s disgusting.

I stopped here to grab a biscuit for the drive home. Which is a 2 hour drive and I went through the drive thru and it took almost 35 min. And had to pull up and wait for it to be brought out. 35 minutes for a steak and egg biscuit and a med mellow yellow is unacceptable. If I had not of paid I'd have drove off.

So I ordered from this location earlier today and someone thought they would take a picture of my card and try to order something online. Right after I used it at this location. I reported the transaction as fraud and had to replace my card. This issue needs to be looked into and you lost all business from me.

This Hardee's is my go to morning biscuit and sweet tea whenever I'm out and about the staff is wonderful the food comes quick and as ordered. Overall one of the best fast food experiences I've had.
