Order was wrong on both orders then was given cold fries. An when i had to go back in regarding missing sandwich bag was thrown in face after getting missing sandwich.
Some of the most sloppy made food I've ever had. Tea was sour, no ketchup, and no napkins. Would not recommend.

Food was cold,food tasted like it was leftover from lunch, when you requested no whipped topping in a milk shake there's a reason, I happened to be allergic an makes me very sick. Girl at drive through promised there was no whipped topping, drank a little tasted whipped topping an found it in the milk shake couldn't even drink got sick for the remainder of the day.

Walked in to an almost completely empty building, except for 2 other customers. Not an employee or manager in sight and we stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before literally speaking with strong emphasis for assistance.
Left freeborns to go eat breakfast this last Sunday. Only 1 person working the front. Only 5 sets of customers in front of me. 2 with each set. Young ,red hair lady could only take 1 order at a time, would turn around and wait for each customer order to be filled before taking another. Took her 20 min. To even take our order. Had absolutely anything else been open in Sparta to eat. Would have left. One customer in front of us did walk out the door. Said he could drive home and fix it himself, before he got service there. I observed her holding a cup under coffee machine to fill up. Leaving customers to wait on her to do this. Instead of propping her big hiney up at window waiting on each order. She could have been doing things to stay caught up. Poorest example of what not to do in a fast food restaurant, I have ever witnessed . Also no paper towels in bathroom, nor did dryer work. Last time we ever go there. Thought we were going to pass our from hunger before we got to order. Took us almost 44 minutes in a fast food restaurant to get served and to eat. Then when it came my turn to order. She said it would be 5 minutes on chicken. She actually took another order and helped them instead of standing there for five min. I thought the other customers were going to cheer. Absolutely no customer service, young girl wasn’t smart enough to do the job , but very slowly and very poorly. What has American come to . Cannot even work fast food.

Incredibly slow on the morning I went there. INCREDIBLY. Food is typical Hardees food, but I waited in the drive-thru for an incredibly long time. People were bailing out and going to Burger King, and if I'd been in a hurry I would have too.
