Go there often. Great friendly people. Has local bands , D J s, on weekends. David Parsons also plays there regularly. Northside also has 2 pool leagues. One on Mondays, the other on Tuesdays. Great place to shoot pool or just relax with friends and have a cold one.

Been there twice. Not during busy times, during times where the folks there cut up and just revel in the moment. If you are tired of Freeborne's (I went by there today...just a bunch of motorcycle people setting on the porch, basically bored silly. Kiinda like going to Bike Week. Those of who have been there, done that are bored (with Freeborne's) and need a new place. Enter Northside Tavern, Sparta! Up 18 to 21. Left for about a mile. Bar on right, in a flat area with a large parking area and cheap beer.

.60c wings on Wednesdays are great. Good service, friendly staff. Overall nice athmosphere and place. I will be back.
