Stumbled upon this authentic Mexican restaurant on our way back from Independence, VA — and what a find! The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, even though they spoke only Spanish (thank you, Google Translate!). The food was hands down the best Mexican I’ve had in a long time — the guacamole was super fresh, the choripapas were bursting with flavor, and the camarones ala diabla were simply out of this world. I finished with a dessert of strawberries and cream (I forgot its name), and it was absolutely heavenly. A true hidden gem — can’t wait to stop by again! Food was tooo good that I forgot to click pictures 😃

Great!! Traditional tacos, burritos, and a Torta ( Cubano style.) Their Verde sauce with the chips is excellent. You will NOT walk away hungry.

Don't be put off by the menu...they are sweet and patient and will explain the dishes which are soooooo delicious! It is a humble atmosphere, but that's the way so many great local, family restaurants are. If that bothers you, get to go. We get to go at least once every 2 weeks....usually no more than 15 minute wait. Their sauces are awesome.
