We needed something to eat after the Polar Express, it was pouring and we were too soaked to go in…but they had a drive thru! With the nicest lady working who told us everything we needed to order. Food was great, apple bites can’t be missed, and we had a ball eating a great meal in the car. So happy to have found this little gem!

For the first time ever, we had to return meal that had gotten cold. The waitress immediately responded and replaced the meal with no excuses and returned with a fresh dish cooked perfectly!
Doubt I’ll be going back to this one after today. Was shorted an order of fries with a family bbq meal, so I called from home, told them I had been shorted and that’d I’d be coming to get my shorted fries. (Mistakes happen, not that I was thrilled to have to go back, but not the end of the world) When I arrived to the curb side drive up line, I was told that everyone was 100 percent sure the fries were in the bag. I explained I did have 2 small bags of hush puppies, maybe they doubled them, but I had no fries. This turned in to this huge fiasco over some shorted fries. And after they finally gave me fries, the window attendant had to add in how policy was that I was suppose to bring my order for them to check for the missing item, which I’d of gladly done had they mentioned this when I called about the missing fries in the first place. Due to dietary restrictions, I can’t have the hush puppies or the rolls, which was for my kids and they were 2 small bags of hush puppies, that I personally couldn’t eat, just saying. So to simply want some fries to eat with my barbecue and slaw, it seems the whole restaurant unanimous felt the need to make into a total pain in the neck (to keep it clean) and I felt like I was being accused of lying the entire time. I wasted more gas than the cost of the fries, so that would have been a poorly conceived heist. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t even be writing the post, cause everyone has an off day, but this one was top tier bull for me, so here we are.

I ordered crispy fries got cold and soggy sent back they thru them back in grease came back nasty and mac and cheese was cold. My companion ordered bbq plate only thing hot was onion rings. This used to be a favorite but now I left hungry won't be back.
