I went to Burger King today and received the nastiest chicken sandwich I've had from a restaurant. Once I got home with it and began eating it, I noticed it tasted a bit sour like it was expired so I opened it and not only was it sour but my lettuce was brown. I was left with fries. I went to return it (just to return it) and the manager Chris was very nonchalant, didn't give a damn about the situation even after showing him the inside of the sandwich. He did not even offer to make it right now did he apologize for the inconvenience. The services there from the manager is disgusting and unprofessional! I just threw away the sandwich and walked out.

Although the workers were great, the food was NASTY!. The freeze machine wasn't working for strawberry so I got a coke freeze , it was watered down, so I got a Coke drink instead, n it was nasty too..smh..I also purchased mozzarella sticks. They gave them to me cold so I asked for fresh ones..they had no taste..So everything went in the trash

New to spring hope, took a chance and gambled on Burger King drive through. Service was above average, very pleasantly surprised when I approached the drive through window to see a sanitation grade of 100. I'm leaving this review to say, THANK YOU and Congratulations to the hard working employees at this location.

the kid at the counter, you couldn't even hear he whispered. The whole time pay for a full order of frys that's what you get it to drive through.Never will I be back do you wonder why nobody eats there

Nice remodel. They couldn't put a burger together neatly if they tried. They act as if they are doing you a favor when you visit. And I don't know why I keep going there. Maybe it's because I hope things would be different. Who am I trying to fool? Every sandwich I order is all kinds of messed up, and they sure believe in mayonnaise. They gob it on so thick, it runs out of the sandwich. That's nasty! The only thing I like is the fireplace. It used to be nice to go there, but not any more. I prefer to pay more and go to a local place and avoid these chain store operations.

I’m not one to leave reviews. Ever. But I recently moved to Spring Hope. And I’ve been to this Burger King many times. For a while I would order a soft served ice cream cone everyday. You’d think such a simple order would be as I said, simple. But nope! It was different every time. One day they’ll hand me my cone dripping down the sides. Twice it was so sloppy, the ice cream fell into my lap as soon as I pulled away. But worst of all, every other cone I order, is nasty. I assume the ice cream bucket(?) is down to the bottom. I would think, the bottom of the bucket should be tossed out, but instead they serve it. It’s watery and gross. It’s like milk blended with ice. I got to a point, I just stopped ordering the ice cream cone because I never knew what i was gonna get. Being a food person, receiving an ice cream cone that is not up to at least par, would bring my mood down, as I very much looked forward to it. Now that I’m done with my ice cream part of my review. I’d like to mention the real reason I’m leaving a negative review. Spring Hope is a small town, aside from Burger King, I believe bojangles is the only other fast food restaurant in this town. And it’s a real shame that one out of the only two fast food restaurants, is lacking so horribly. Whereas, they could make so much more profit, (being that they are, like I said, one of the only two places for fast food) . So why is it that every time I pull up after 10:15-10:30(they close at 11) , why am I being told they’re closed???? Not only that, I’m being told very rudely. I pull up to the drive thru, and receive no hello, no welcome to Burger King. None of that. The only words I receive in a pissy tone are “we’re closed”. And this may come as a surprise, but it’s not followed by a “sorry” or “I apologize for the inconvenience “ NOTHING. Not a bye, not a laugh in my face for thinking I can use their service during their open business hours. I mean come on, do better.
