Reason one star for everything wish I could do no stars I stood there in line in the lobby for 20 minutes three people saw me there and ignored that I was there just went out to the bathroom and I was like you all right bye I'll leave I want somewhere else customer service sucked

I ordered from the drive thru a Barbecue Brisket sandwich. When I got home and opened my bag and took out the sandwich it was a roast beef sandwich with onion rings on it. It was too late to take it back .I had waited in line behind another car for 15min

Usually the food is good, though ours is often out of roast beef which is weird. The prices don't need to be so high but complaining isn't going to change that. Usually the service is very good, nice people.

arbys - fast food scale, not fine dining scale, not food truck scale, not sit down restaurant scale. pay attention.
gyro $4.49 - 7.3 tasty sauce solidly good good with horsey sauce pretty good for price
brisket $7.49 - 6.7 standard, not good or bad, kinda pricey horsey improves i like onion ring crunch brisket sauce is delicious, but overpowered by totality of ingredients and bread
roast beef / cheddar $4.36 - 5.5 pretty basic, disappointing given hype by YT shorts reviewers i like the amount of meat horsey sauce improves, for price just get gyro instead i got real cheddar instead of cheddar sauce, maybe that was mistake
cheesesteak $6.87 - 8.9 horsey does not improve best thing here, good cheesesteak for price good, not standard, it's GOOD not pricey, worth the money
fast food scale: 8.5 / 10, use app, amazing deals there, very filling. service: 10 / 10, ladies there have good smiles interior: surprisingly nice, 10 / 10 would come back for cheesesteak. would maybe come back for gyro if you just want your fix and don't want to buy an entire gyro set from supermarket. arbys sauce is bad. horsey sauce is acquired taste, but good! very bready, but on bright side this makes their sandwiches easy to cut in half at home and very filling if you are hungry and want to spend less than $10. lots of animal protein for the price.

Food is always fresh and staff is always friendly. Quick drive out of the base if you don't have a lot of time for lunch. I got a slider sampler and the roast beef and jalapeno was the winner.
