Wow! Just wow!! We recently moved from MN to NC. There is SO many flavors to choose from. Italian ice and 'SnoBalls'. We are familiar with with shaved ice where we are from but tonight we wanted the very very thin ones which is snowballs. Italian ice to me is a thicker heavier shaved ice. I was taking pics and the owner Margie came out to see if we had any questions. I assume we looked confused as there was 2 different kinds of choices of shaved ice.
