Seriously I’ve been to this checkers more times than I can count in my life and the only consistent thing is they WILL forget something. I don’t care if you ordered 2 freakin things THEY WILL FORGET ONE! I’m so sick of everything seeming like it’s in the bag and me not being the type to even really look in the bag too hard because I won’t start eating until I get home. 30 minutes later, why I felt like they got these 2 things correct this time idfk but once again nope.

Ordered the baconzilla without katchup and extra cheese, got katchup with out extra cheese and for some reason I got steak fries i didn't even know they had instead of the seasoned fries, the only reason I go there. Worst experience ever!!

Sucked! Got order wrong then refused to fix it and the girl was beyond rude; grabbed burger slammed window! Yelled at me! Had SNOT on her nose ring totally gross & sickening experence! When i reported it the mgr ( larry)called me couple days later offered refund; i drove 30min to meet him next morning he wasnt there other mgr knew nothing i wasnt about about to go bk again!:larry(mgr.) Is obvously unresponsable from other mgrs response & emploees said never knew whej he would be there or when he would leave for the day

I only got a big bufurd burger nothing special but when I left and got to my destination the meat was hard it tasted old I have tried calling the store numerous of times and nobody answers this is not right if your going to make food at least do it right

Let’s see here… Ordered over the Checker’s app NOT DoorDash. Went to pickup the order and stated my name and the guy says someone already picked it up. We told him we didn’t send anyone to do that and we asked him if they were going to make our food. He laughed at us and said no they wouldn’t make the food and that we must not know how DoorDash works. We pulled up the CHECKER’S app with our name on the order and then he got upset. They “remade” the order and we went home. Opened up the food to an absolutely WRONG order. Mind you, the ticket stapled to the bag has our exact order typed on it. I’m not expecting a fine dining experience from a fast food establishment, but at least a little bit of competency would go a long way.

We usually get the chicken bites snack box. It used to be $2 a box, and I didn't check the cost this time. But the chicken tasted like they were made at opening and reheated in the microwave. The fries were ok, but not as good as usual. My daughter and niece thought the burgers were good but also have been better.
