Went Today During Lunch (8/30) And Was Met With The Nicest Crew Ever! There’s A Pregnant Lady On Shift Who Helped My Family And I With Whatever Questions We Had, She Was Incredibly Sweet And Made Our Experience 1000x Better Will Definitely Be Returning Just For Her! Keep It Up Checkers!

I ordered from Checkers via Uber eats, . I ordered a Big Buford, a fish sandwich and an order of chili fries. They charged me $27 which I thought was to high, I immediately requested a refund and they charged me $22 for canceling my order. I think that was totally ridiculous and I will never order from them again

Service is always good, very friendly people and respectful. Now the food lately has not been so good. Your fries will be closer to burnt. Your sweet tea seems to be old tea and not so sweet as you would want it to be when you live here in the south.
Slow down on the cooking heat so things aren’t burnt and or dry. Make sure people’s drinks are fresh and stuff isn’t just sitting there settling.

My husband and I stopped at Checkers in spring lake and it wasn't a good experience. The drive thru speaker wasn't working, the ice cream machine was down, over the drive thru window looked like it's falling apart. I ordered a number 4 with sweet tea and my husband had chili cheese fries, my burger was ok, my fries had a weird sweet after taste, my husband took 2 bites and didn't like how they tasted. The best thing about our stop was the lady working the window was very nice. It used to be one of our go to spots. Disappointing.

Found a LONG hair in my burger.... Could not eat ... Health score was 92.00. but you can't see that until you've paid.
This is absolutely ridiculous who does this to people clearly they gave me a refried chicken patty it's hard rubbery and too little pickles what if I had spent my last dollar this food is unedible and now they won't even answer the phone to address the matter
