Wish I could give the service a zero. Absolutely horrible attitude at the drive thru on a Sunday around 5pm. Rushed to order with no one waiting behind us, asked for mustard and salt and told ”we don’t have that”, forgot two orders of fries, got the hot dogs wrong, and forgot the milkshake. Acted like she was SO inconvenienced when asked to make it right and when she did the fries were greasy cold and nasty and the milkshake looked like it was thrown in cup with a shovel. Will not be back, ever. What happened to people taking pride in their work?

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a cashier refusal to provide a receipt, on 15th at 9:10pm the denial of a receipt for a cash transaction; paid for milkshake; warrants clarification on current policy. To improve transparency and accountability, I suggest implementing a system where both customer and cashier acknowledge receipt of payment by signing or initialing there receipt. This would ensure payment verification and reduce the potential for errors or misunderstandings

Earlier experiences at your Spring Lake, NC location (406 Lillington Hwy, 28390). My previous reviews, averaging a 3 out of 5-star rating, reflect a range of experiences. While I acknowledge some improvements, such as the reduced drive-thru wait times noted in a prior review, other significant issues persist.

On May 25, 2023, at approximately 9:45 PM (Order #1302), cashier Ali swiped my card twice without authorization. This is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. While I have always strived to be a courteous customer, repeated negative experiences, a review of restaurant payment processing procedures.

I usually don’t have a problem with the food here but this one time I come and I wait trying to order just to find out they weren’t taking orders yet 20 minutes past open time I mean I understand if things weren’t ready but it should be common courtesy to at least speak so I can move on instead of waiting and hoping and having to find out myself
