I went to the window and was ask was I paying with cash or card, before I know it they slammed the window in my face. Afterwards a co-worker notice the interaction they came back and taken my order. At that moment I was just so mad just lucky I had a free coupon from a previous order

Almost every time I go here the people over the intercom act like they can't hear. So you are yelling into the speaker or talking super slow. Then at least 1 thing is always wrong. Spend the extra 10 min and drive to the one off Riley rd where food always right

There's nowhere to sit down at this place, it's get your food and go sit in your car. I wouldn't recommend this place, the food wasn't that good.

Pulled up to the speaker and was told to hold on. 9 mins before they came back. Ordered. Pulled up to window that was obviously clear because I waited so long. Another 15 mins to get what I ordered. This is the 2nd crap service I've received at this location. There won't be a 3rd.

Quesadillas were more cheese than chicken. The sweet tea wind up being a Dr pepper.
The general manager Erica is good. But i must say when she's not there the staff just doesn't hit the mark. Everything is sold to u as if it were sitting there for awhile, the burgers are burned and the bread is filled with grease, the fies are not presentable . The cook needs to take his or her tike and prepare this food. Rmeebr it's fast food I understand this but at least strive to be excellent and make excellence ur brand because this is ain't it. However there is one young lade I think she's Asian she's provides amazing customer service. I forgot her name but she amazing. They need to get rid of the hood attitudes and nature at this location. At least recruit people who can smile and take and order in an excellent professional way. Remember excellence should always be ur brand. I will continue to eat here but I will always look at my food and see it it's presentable and if it's nit I will politely return it and ask for a better service or my refund.

Service was horrible! I had to ask for EVERYTHING.....Sauces, napkins, seasoning! Then my milkshake was only a milkshake on TOP. I had a cup full of vanilla ice cream! Should've went to Checker's!
