Please make sure to request they put something between your overly fried hushpuppies and the styrofiam container! They didnt for mine and it was pretty baddly melted....not safe by any means! Now I know better than to blindly trust they will be considerate to people's health!

Worse customer service we have ever encountered. Do not ask for the order to be read back to you because you might piss one of them off. Isn't the whole reason repeating the order is to make sure everything is correct?

Their shakes are really inconsistent. Tried their watermelon shake for the first time a week ago, it was amazing, smooth, had a white and pinkish swirl and blended well. I go tonight and said “Hmm let me get that again but add cheesecake since they do that. Not only did they not add the cheesecake, they barely blended the shake. It had huge watermelon chunks in it. Is there anything I can say when ordering a shake again? How to I ask them to blend it well? Will they even do what I requested? They often dont!

Went by cookout in Spring lake late night. Not sure if they were under staffed or stressed but attitudes, didn't really listen to order messed it up, & they didn't give napkins, spoons, or straws. Aggravating.
I order a grill cheese with bacon. It was toasted and it was just a hamburger bun flip backward. The cheese wasn't even melted.

First things first, the speakers here are messed up bad, couldn't understand anything they were saying to me and they could barely understand me, even as i was yelling. The food was great, full success there but i ordered a chocolate shake with reese cups and it was vanilla with snickers. Probably a mix up but they also stabbed the hell out of the bottom of my cup and it leaked all over my car.
