Never usually have issues but love 15 min away, sat in line for 30 min, got the wrong order, sat there another 10 min for them to make it. Drove 15 min home just for the ENTIRE order to be wrong. Had to drive back and remake the order again. This whole trip took 2 hours.

I pull up to window B and I sit there for 10 minutes watching 4/5 cars orders being taken at window A. I’m sitting there for a solid 10 minutes when I decide to drive up to the window to advise the young lady taking orders that no one has taken my order. She says to me, “well we’re taking orders in here, so you just have to drive back through again.” WHAT?!!!

Tonight I drive thru the drive thru to get three shakes, it was pretty busy but I didn’t mind waiting at first. Once we were able to get up to the speaker it had been 15-20 minutes waiting in line but I was prepared with my order and ready to get my shakes. The first thing the employee says to me is they are not serving shakes or wraps tonight (no sign up anywhere saying that they weren’t serving it) now that I have waited in line for 20 minutes to even ask for my order they aren’t serving it! I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get out of the line because I was having to wait for the two cars in front of me to get their food because I have no way of getting out. In total I waited more than 35 minutes in line for me to not get anything at all. While I watched as 6 people drove up then drove away because they didn’t have what they wanted. All probably wanting shakes as well since this fast food restaurant is known for their shakes. Now I’ve never had a problem with cook out before. I would 100% recommend their food and shakes however, if you’re not able to serve one of the things you are known for you could at least put up a sign saying so. So, people like me won’t have to wait in line for 35+ minutes to get served nothing! I only give this review a 3 star because I’ve had good food in the past. I did one star for the food and service because I was unable to get food and the service could’ve been better if there was a sign up saying what they are not serving certain items.
I've eaten here quite a few times and I haven't had any issues. But I got this hilarious burger the other day. I didn't have time to turn back and get it fixed but why would a restaurant be okay sending this out as a double cheeseburger? ?

Burgers are good, but they have the worst customer service. Even when the order is repeated back, the orders are still wrong. Items are rung up correctly, but the burgers made are wrong. I paid more than what I received. Think paying for double patties (huge style) but receiving single patties (regular style). I called about the issue, but was hung up on before I can finish stating my issue.
