Very disappointing experience with this Domino’s. My order was delivered to the wrong address first, and then the driver came and tried to hand the same pizzas off to me afterward. At that point, the food was no longer fresh and should never have been offered.
I called the manager, Rebekah, to request fresh pizzas or some form of compensation, and she offered no solution at all. On top of that, she was very, very rude and showed no concern for fixing the issue or providing basic customer service.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and refusal to make things right is unacceptable. This experience completely missed the mark.

Dominos stepped up their game! Food was delivered hot and very delicious. My kids inhaled their pizza and I myself am pretty picky with crust and this was perfect! I've ordered several times now and we haven't had a single complaint!

Pizza did not have enough tomato sauce on it . Also the pizza had this weird smell on it,and taste like dog crap no pizza 🍕 taste. Do not order from this store in Spring lake,NC . The cook from 8-13-25 needs to be fired 🙄😤✨ . Pizza taste actually like trash I wouldn't spend money there .Make your pizza home.

I live less than a mile away and I tend to get cold pizza 90% of the time. Tonight I ordered at 6:42 and pizza delivered cold at 8:28. I requested a do over while refusing any extras due to my complaint. I am typing this at 10:42pm and still no pizza! Update: This location is a hit and miss. The miss happens when their manager is prepping. He can't. Stingy on toppings. Even stuffed breads are slim. He doesn't use the Tracker so you won't know how long it sits in a warmer before delivered. Any time food is fixed without his involvement, it's great and Tracker works.
