Just moved here so this is my 2nd time ordering at this location!! The first time I ordered my experience was a really good one, but this second time around there was a miscommunication or maybe a oversight I got a text to my cell phone from the mobile app saying that Christopher was on the way (so I’m waiting for Christopher for a minute) I finally went to check my tracker on my Domino’s app and it said that it had been delivered so I called the store to explain what was going on I spoke with a lady ( I don’t remember her name) but she said that “I had forgot to put my apt number on my order and that her driver tried calling me but that I had a different number than the one I was calling her from” I told her that my address information was on my order and that my phone number was correct and that I had received a text telling me that her driver Christopher was on the way with my order the same number that I’m calling her from but she continued to go back and forth with me about me being wrong until finally I just gave in and thanked her!!! She did some how saw the need to point out that I wasn’t her driver only delivery and that he will get to me when he can!! so why she mention that I don’t know cause I wasn’t being confrontational !! But I did finally get my pizza but it was cold and partially burnt also smelled burnt!! But we still tipped!! I will note that the first time I ordered it was during the day so maybe that had a lot to the with the customer service!

I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, the a girl said she didn't have any carry ots. One of the delivery drivers found out they were un the oven. As I was waiting a pizza fell out of the oven, the girl that was taking out the pizzas , went in back. The other lady who was making the pizzas, walked by the oven and seen the fallen pizza, then she proceeds to get the other pizza coming out. The girl comes out from the back washes her hands then looks down at the pizza that fell. The other lady who was making the pizza asked the girl what pizza it was so she could remake it. The other girl didn't say anything to her. Mean while I'm still sitting there waiting, no one had the courtesy to say anything to me. Which was rude, and while I was waiting my 1st pizza is just sitting on the shelf in the box. Finally my 2 ND pizza comes out a guy cuts it and puts it in a box, the girl hands him my 1st pizza and the 2nd one. He said they were ready. Smh this is the worse customer service ever. I will not being going back there again. I guess if I want domino's pizza I'll go to the one on buffalo lakes road.

I've only gone here once they're ok,but they charge extra for condiments. Compared to Little Caesars I'd rather go there because they don't charge me extra for condiments. Don't get me wrong the pizza's good. I just don't appreciate paying extra for condiments. They're chicken could be fried longer also. The wait there is waaay too long for me also.

Ordered online and drive-thru pick up. Quick delivery of service. Stuffed crust was flavorful as was the pepperoni thin 😋 Also picked up a specialty hand tossed, parm bites and stuffed cheesy bread (which disappeared fast lol)

Wow what can I say? Whoever said there's not genuine kind hearted people in this world they lied. I want to thank this Domino Pizza in Spring Lake, NC 28390 store especially Amanda for her professionalism and her encouraging words. I'm never disappointed coming to this store thank you so much again.

I went to this place to pick up a pizza, and I was stared at like crazy when I walked in. I chose to ignore it and then one of the guys came to the pick up window to try to get me to talk to him. I ignored him and left. 3 hours later at 10pm they got my number based off the order I made, and tried to CALL ME. So creepy. Will never go back.
Update: the store manager did reach out to me regarding the incident and said she would handle the situation. She definitely took it very seriously which I appreciate 👍🏼

Ordered cinnamon twists and find they were first covered in Buffalo sauce then covered in cinnamon. I understand that mistakes happen. But why not just remake them?
I am writing to report a potential food safety hazard I encountered with a recent order. My Philly cheesesteak pizza contained small, sharp pieces of green pepper that resembled splinters. These pieces were located near the edges of the cooked pepper sections and posed a significant choking hazard.
I urge you to investigate your preparation processes to prevent similar incidents. Ensuring the consistent size and shape of vegetable toppings is crucial to customer safety. I request confirmation that this matter will be addressed to avoid potential harm to other customers.

Amazing location, and amazing customer service. I placed an order then called ahead to see if they could arrange the pepperoni on the pizza in the shape of a heart. They told me “of course we can” and on top of that gave me a free pizza cutter to cut the pizza. They were so thoughtful and I can tell enjoyed creating this special request. I highly recommend this location. And I look forward to doing more business.
