They Still mess up on the Orders,, But the Crew is very

Awful service, I ordered ahead and when it came to my turn in the line. They claimed it wasn’t in the system when my card was definitely charged they needed proof all while I have limited time for breakfast before going back to work.

45 minute wait in the drive through three times a week for crappy coffee. The morning jump and 7 brew next door have half the wait for the same thing. Going to this Dunkin isn’t worth the Amex points

The staff is extremely rude, take an exceedingly long time to produce orders both through the drive-through and the customer line at the door. I am a frequent customer at Dunkin’ Donuts and this is extremely unfortunate. I understand firsthand customer service, I understand people can have a bad day, and I truly understand what it is to uphold respect and provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, today, October 27, 2024 I was met at the drive-through window by the most rude employee I have ever met in my life. The staff at this location needs further training. This is not the first time I have encountered this situation at this location however, I will not allow this to deter my opinion from other locations. I will no longer be going to this location due to this and neither should anyone else. Furthermore I see I am not the first complaint regarding customer service. I truly hope the franchise does something about this location and their employees.

The drive thru line was extremely long so i went inside to order. The kiosk was not the most user friendly and i could not find the item i needed to order. I ask for assistance but the workers were aprehensive about taking my order and also not willing to help me look for the items. After, 5 mins of trying, i just left. Horrible customer service.

GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! So you can be treated like a human being!!!! Stopped in today8/31/24 Most rude and unhelpful people I’ve ever came across!!! AVOID!!!!
Waited 13 mins inside. No one acknowledged me. I just walked out. I get it your drive through is busy but waiting 13 mins to order is crazy.

No greetings to anyone who walked in. Where the kiosks are it’s not visible to see the case, and quite frankly I wouldn’t think to check the case that’s past the check in point where they want you to order. Order food and then you walk around and they’re out of every single item ordered. It wasn’t near closing time and it wasn’t busy. There’s no markers on the kiosk stating what’s in/out of stock. Oh! And the food case items were being enjoyed by some cute little flies

I waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru for someone to come on the speaker and say look over our menu and I’ll be right back.
After setting a few more minutes I said hello and she said I’ll be with you. Needless to say I drove off and so did a few more people..

Employees were OK but focused on the drive-through orders. I ordered a dozen donuts after attempting to use the kiosk that didn’t even have all the donuts listed. And then I had to wait 10 minutes for them to complete drive-through orders. Only to be told one donut I wanted in the dozen was a specialty and I’d have to pay extra for that. So they get the manager/supervisor out who states the same information that one donut is an up charge. So I requested a refund and after explaining that it’s kind of aggravating having to wait there 10 minutes for the order to be filled because the drive-through priorities to be told that one donut I want cost extra. When I expressed this was poor customer service she had a condescending tone to her voice. I ordered an iced latte that had about 4 good sips because it was filled to the top with ice.
Went to another Dunkin’ immediately after, quick service and when I offered to pay the “up-charge” for the one specialty donut prior to completing my order I was told “it’s no problem”, they’d could just put it in.
