What’s the point of a drive-through if you’re not even gonna write the order down and then I pull up to the window when you said oh I didn’t even write down your order. What is it? This is poor customer service. Then had me waiting at the window prior for 10 mins .

I do mobile orders usually about 10 minutes before I get there and it's usually still not ready when I get there. Then this morning I order a large coffee and get a medium pound into a large cup like I'm not going to notice. I say something about it and the person gets an attitude says will remake but I'm going to have to wait and finish the drive thru orders but I don't have that much time as there is like 6 vehicles waiting. This is ridiculous and out of control

So I don't do one stars but for a coffee shop to give me half a cappuccino when I buy a whole one is wrong. I mean I like half caf but I like a full cup. Also cold coffee is ok but not for a cappuccino.

They are also not that pleasant with customer service, the young woman named Ashleyn (or something) could really work on her customer service skills This location does have the worst parking lot planning too. I hardly come here any more because it's such a headache.

I probably would never get no more doughnuts from this place for one. All my doughnuts came out hard you can play football with it ?And on top of that my stomach has the BG’s ! right after I ate two chocolate covered doughnuts !

If anyone is looking for a real made with love coffee and breakfast place THE MORNING JUMP‼️‼️‼️??let's save them from all these disgusting competitors!!! ??First time going to this Dunkin this morning orded half a dozen donuts and a bacon egg cheese croissant..they didn't have eggs so had to take that off, it took 21 minutes to put together a half dozen donut order and get this they got it wrong!! I was confusion cause they had 21 minutes to get 6 donuts correct and failed. You Can't make this up. The employees in there seem like they have no care in the world and it definitely shows through their work ethics.It's a no for me dawg.

Out of icecoffee in the middle of the day. They just don't think it's important to make more. Avoid this place it's the worst dunkin donuts ever.
This place ain’t gonna make it; no matter how few people are here you’ll wait 15 to 20 minutes for anything you order. The design of the parking lot is also stupid leading parking jams with a few four cars in it. The food is trash, slap together, and barely warm. The ingredients spilled inside the wrappings. If I were corporate, I would close this location as a threat to my national brand.

There's times I've ordered on the mobile app and they did not go through or I've ordered and things have been wrong we are always willing to accommodate any customer and make sure your order is right Right friendly staff especially first thing in the morning who wants to be graded by somebody that's rude absolutely
